We were surrounded by seven women in a one bathroom house!! That one was his and mine it had the tub/shower like yours👍

"Royal Flush" ought to be the title of this video! I am guessing here but I imagine you did this basement bathroom addition prior to your purchase of your Jack Hammer (used on the sidewalk video)! A wise investment in hiring someone to jack hammer your basement, connect the pipes etc. and re fill the hole. That's why you ultimately bought your own machine or not! My wife buys neat stuff (to her) but then rarely uses it afterwards. Joke on me! You always do a great job; thank you for sharing your talents. Best to all; hope you have a great Thanksgiving holiday doing just what you want.

Hi Patrick! You are correct - I bought the jackhammer after I did the basement bathroom project. But I would probably pay someone to do that in the future as well. It’s some dusty, hard work! Happy thanksgiving to you and your family as well! And as always, thanks so much for watching!

Nice job, that is one of my goals for my house. Plumbers have quoted me $10k to do the plumbing. How did you get it quoted for $2k. I live in MN. Did you have to exhaust any plumbing? Love your channel.

***Great job*** best to use the right tools for the job try to stay away from using pliers when you can use a wrench. Just a suggestion .I purchase and rehabb multi-unit apts in Middle GA....

Whats the difference between a wax seal and the one you used? About to install mine in the basement

I don’t own a hammer drill. Would this work with an impact driver or regular drill?

Hammer drill is the best tool for the job. You might be able to rent one

You forgot the plastic washers that go down over the johnny bolts first then the metal washers go on top. That's why your decorative caps don't snap down and move around.
