A cheap way to secure things in a fish tank w/out suction cups is to scratch up the plastic & super glue on rectangular bar magnets. You can stack them if needed.

Hi Foisy, fantastic videos, can't wait for more. I have a question, what do you feed you l333 albino plecos?

Thanks! I feed some Hikari carnivore, Ebo Mussel, New Life Spectrum Thera A, and Plecoceramics tablets. Also add an occasional Indian almond leave.

Look on the bright side with this expensive build, if this video gets a million views it will have paid for the lot haha...I do like the look of 5 of those tumbling away though, very relaxing!

This is a fantastic video. Thanks for posting! Only question I have is do you think you need 6 of these in 1 tank? Would definitely help with cost.

That's the beauty of this, it can be scaled down or up based on the needs of the builder. I just started with 5 as I'd rather have too much as opposed to too little. I always have a difficult time gauging how much bio filtration is enough so I often go the route of overkill!

Great video! Do you sell your fish to stores still? Or have you found other ways to sell them?

I do, though only when I have a large surplus of fish which doesn't happen often. I primarily sell on Band and via a monthly email list

put your sucking cups in boiling water for a few minuts and they will be like new

Looks nice, but... You can tell by the water surface. There is almost no water flow through the filters. That is the problem with in-tank MB filters. Seems like a waste of time and money. Better to spend money on particulate filtration, and a fluidized bed.

Couldn't you have saved yourself alot of time and money, simply sourcing plastic screws to attach the mag clips instead of the elaborate fixing? I believe those mag clips come with different screw in clips, all you need to do is fit a length of plastic screw which fits in place of the clip end then fix it inside the moving bed suction hole, gluing in place?
