God was the one who commanded Moses to build the tabernacle. So, it wasn't Moses's decision as Dr Damina would want us to believe. See God telling him to build it according to the pattern God gave him: "Who serve to the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern showed to thee in the mount."
