There are thrones in heaven. There are trumpets in heaven. There are swords in heaven. But there are no house in heaven according to him ! This is does not tally with the scriptures. There are 'my father's house' ;' city of God' ; 'kingdom of God' ; ' bosom of God ' etc All these are mentioned in the bible. That is error in judgement and imagination of the preacher.

Remember Stephen saw Christ standing at the right hand of God in heaven. That simply means Christ ascended into heaven. In his revelation to John, he again promised to come again....and to give reward to everyone. Revelation 22:12 says: And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. And John said:in verse 20. "Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus." His explanation of house and mansion in that book of John 14 is quite in order. Christ wasn't referring to physically building but positions. But that doesn't mean there are no structures in heaven. There are. In Amos 9:6, the bible says: It is he that buildeth his stories in the heaven, and hath founded his troop in the earth; he that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD is his name.
