The first enemy when it comes to divorce is your pride. Overcome that and everything will be ALOT easier. The second enemy is your anger towards your previous spouse. These two things combined will RUIN your children longterm. You will act out of selfish thoughts and never do right by your child. Take it from a child of divorce.

Sad when a child is getting old without the father because the parents made a divorce, when the child is 2 years old. Know exactly what I'm talking about.

This is a paramount subject that doesnt get discussed enough in Islamic circles.

I’m going through this right now 2 day ago He divorced me I’m a revert and my husband took my two younger kids. It’s the most painful process I’ve ever experienced and it’s shaking my faith, the middle of lockdown and I’m considering returning back to my family as it’s too hard and he’s got his whole family supporting him and it’s extremely lonely I’ve spent 16 years raising the children. I feel empty I don’t understand how this law exist when the support system for divorced women is not in place.

Make dua for my brother please. Not seen my niece for 3 years. Going to court next month. Marriage was a setup/fraud... for wealth etc Im sad because my brother suffered very much and my niece which nothing was her fault. Her mother is into blavk magic and has been doing evil spells on all of us. Many times my parents also suffered. My mother and father faced mental abuse for nearly 10 years by her mother. My parents were scared to talk because of her. Im sad because she made us all suffer... i hope Allah can have mercy help my brother. Pious man, prays 5 times a day and does everything for the sake of Allah. Since then his gone through trauma and also depressed and has been affected by black magic and his memory is very bad now. A farther can't do that since he will never understand female issues. Honestly the only kidsi've seen who are well adjusted are those who had 50/50 custody and lived with both parents equally. Expecting a girl to just live with her dad when she loves her mother just as much will mentally mess her up

@@hammonojetsu9825 it has nothing to do with farther's not knowing stuff, it's about girls naturally feeling more comfortable around their mothers and some things are private that you don't want your farther to known. There's a modesty we girls have with our dad's because he's a man and this shyness comes from Allah Living with both parents equally is the best, when you put rules like 1 parent has more custody that's when you get problems. Sure if girls are happy to live with dad full time then good, but if they are not they shouldn't be forced to as that creates lots of mental issues which I've seen myself

I am going through a divorce this month with my covert narcissist wife. She has been difficult and abusive for the last four years. I am deeply hurt by what she has done to me. I must win the court case and gain custody of our child because I don't want her to raise him in a small rented room and potentially turn him into a narcissist. He is four years old. Inshallah, deep within my heart, I hold no grudge against her, although she has blocked my calls and video calls for four weeks now, even before I filed for divorce. I miss my son so much. Mufti while I appreciate that you're trying to tackle this very difficult issue and hoped you would get around to discussing it, I expected more Islamic examples and proof from Shariah about what parents should do first. Then you can explain and translate the rulings to 2020 and real world situations. This video comes across as just being your personal views. While we are very thankful for that I feel like the topic still has so much for you to cover. This doesn't feel very cohesive compared with your other videos. There's no structure.

7 year's ago my ex-wife took me for a ride of my life time. My marriage went bad to worst, I ain't going to say it's just her fault, it takes two hands to clap your hands. But at the end I was in the marriage for the sake of my two beautiful sons which Allah has given to us. Things went extreme after her sister had a love marriage. Seeing the newly wedded couple, all that love and thing, my ex came to terms that she wanted to divorce me. It was the month of Ramadan, she said to me that after Ramadan she wanted to leave me. After Eid things went from worst to worst. She my ex-wife wanted me to get out of our family house so that she can have time by her self. We made arrangements that I will leave the house, and see my children on Sundays. Thinking things will get better if I leave the house and gave her time. I left the family house. First Sunday I went to pick-up my children, she only let me have them for two hours and told me to return them. Second Sunday went to pick them up, she won't open the door, half an hour later the Police arrive at the door and said I was harassing her, police assisted me to see the kids, then advice me to apply at the courts as she won't let me see them anymore. Cutting the story short, I did not win the case. Ex applied for English divorce as well as the Islamic one, she went to that dirty Dewsbury Shariah council. The English courts gave her divorce, as well as the dirty Dewsbury Shariah council, who don't even have a Mufti. My local Mufti said it was not valid. I had molestation order put against me. Finding it difficult to coupe not seeing my children I broke the order, served 11 weeks in prison. She took her divorce through the courts, took the family house through the courts, sold the house and moved somewhere else so I don't get to see my children. She also made a huge amount of profit by selling the family house. Seven year's now, have not seen, heard or seen pictures of my children. Allah sometimes shows me them in my dreams. When you are out of diffence, these kuffar get a chance to kick you around, even the so called kuffar neighbors watched and laughed. They even gave witness to the police to put me down. I asked Allah to help me, I managed to buy a better house in the same neighborhood, so these Kuffar can see that it's not them that can put me down, if Allah doesn't. The one that gave witness is scared to come out in front of me. Allah has blessed me with another marriage and gave us a beautiful daughter, Ameen. I remember once I was ill and was in bed for one and a half day, my ex never came to check on me once, she was hoping I was dead. Recently I suffered minor Corona virus, my present wife, got up at late night and early hours of the morning to check on me and got me what I wanted. May Allah have blessings on her. If that was my ex I would have been dead by now. Allah is the greatest of all planner's. For those children who feel that one of their parent are not coming to see them after a divorce. Try contacting them and find out the truth. Mind me asking. Why did you marry the first woman who was your nightmare wife? Did you or your parents choose her for your wife? I hope you have overcome the pains of divorce. Once you have had coronavirus, you should daily take vitamin C and D, and also sodium bicarbonate, sea salt, and alkaline-rich foods. Take vitamin C in soluble fizzy tablet with an ingredient sodium bicarbonate which was once used to successfully treat Spanish flu. Although you have recovered from illness by corona, you may still have that virus now lying dormant inside you. It waits for opportunity to strike again when the environment is right like when your body reaches level of acidity. Coronavirus thrives on acidity, not on alkaline, if you care to remember that.

@@JahannamHellfire Western law, does not favour men. Certain solicitors said when they see a different colour person and religion, you'll have a tough chance to stand against them. Western circular law is against Islam. I didn't want to go through this circular law, ex took me through it so she could benefit.

Let me tell you one thing, many men and women are isolated in the West and fear to go outside of their country. The courts put a lot of fear factor inside them. Lot of them don't know what to do with them selves and end up being gay and lesbian's. Alhamdulliah we Muslims have choice of going out of these countries and explore the reality of this world. Many men and women commit suicide in the West because of divorce, which is not released by the media. Islam has the true justice. So, good luck sister, that's if you are a true sister with your West.

I remember scrolling through the comment section of some videos where the people expressed how they hated the term marriage from the bottom of their heart and opted zina instead astagfirullah, they went on to explain how the law enforcement was ridden with loop holes and it took only one accusation to end a mans life.

That's rough. Its hard to come to terms with things like that but always remember she didn't leave because of you. You did nothing wrong. It's her flaw and she's failed to fulfil her obligation as a parent. Strengthen your relationship with the family you have.

Assalmualaikum I had a few drops of blood a couple days before my period ( the blood lasted like a couple of hours then stopped) I did ghuls after and prayed and now a week later I have a heavy flow. This is considered my actual period right and the one before was just spotting. I’m not sure. Jazakallah khair

If your period was due, then it was your period. It happens to me as well, sometimes. Because period is due, if you see blood it's already your period, even if heavy flow takes a few more days to arrive. This is the way I see it.

Exactly i a also have a very bad child custody battle. He tried to take the kids from me. And i still wanted to let hem see his children. Then he went to the police to charge for kidnapping???!! Then he told the court i was suiciadal. He abused me fhyisical en mentally and also my children. He tried every possible thing but it diddnte work. And still i am working towarda a custody under supervisor for the savety of myself and children. And i am still the bad person?

Suraiya Begum yes the reason is that usually fathers are more protective as Allah made them like that. physically financially emotionally etc and as girl grows she needs protection security more than a boy. Moral protection specially. Broken family kids are more likely to be trapped in fake love that I would say is lust. Father can keep eye on it more than a mother since she is struggling her life usually more than a man after divorce. There are some more reasons too. But Incase the situation is opposite like father has no interest or so then it’s mother’s right definitely. Who ever is more capable of taking care of Islamic needs is a better custodian. Now if girl really really do not want then I guess no body could force I think otherwise her mental health would definitely effect.

My mum helped me sooo much during my teens bc I could talk to her about feminin issues that I can't speak to my dad about bc he will never understand as he is a man. Only mothers can fully understand their teenage daughters. Personally, from what I've seen, 50/50 custody produces the best results as the child doesn't feel alienated from either parent as he/she sees them equally. It's the kids who only live with 1 parent that end up with mental issues and I've seen this first hand. In nearly all cases, 50/50 custody produces the happiest children

Pray to Allah subhanah to find a way out and try to be grateful to have your children with you. Do not give in to anger, it is the work of shaitan a3udhu billah minhu wa malaih. Everytime you get angry, which is understandable, remember your anger is from shaitan. When you are angry, you are stuck in the same loop. Inchaallah Allah subhanah will provide. If the woman stayed home , and becomes divorced and then the husband doesn't want to provide anymore, but then the woman has to work and then she can't spend the quality time with her child. Hats off to the moms who work and do all that for their kids, but I always wanted to stay home and my parents are not muslim and just want me to work and get a job.

They can bequeathe upto one third. So the adopted child must be mentioned in such a bequest to benefit from the estate.

Salaam Alaikum Mufti, regarding custody, in Nigeria it's often done the other way round, the boys are usually taken to their father at the age of 7 years and the girls will be with their mother until marriage usually. I wish you would take time and liaise with the Northern Nigeria Judiciary to rub minds on this issue. I know you love Nigeria but out family law system has given rise to very very dysfunctional homes and I think our Sharia courts need to step up and make their judgements in line with the Sunnah and ijma and Qiyas as agreed by Islamic Jurists globally.

Mufti sahib, this is the first time I literally disagree with many many of the points you have put across. In fact, your words have upset me. This is a very sensitive topic. Parental alienation is real and many many Muslims brothers and sisters experience it day in day out.

Parental alienation is a big western lie and the big boohoo ghost to help deadbeat dads find an escape. There's no "parental alienation " most of the times, there's immature incapable men who can't get held accountable and whine. I have yet to see a charismatic and truly caring father rejected by a mother.. That's INSANITY. Women WISH they could have someone to help them but most of the times they don't. They're abused, neglected, abandoned, left to raise the child and so that child s life literally depends on her (well after God of course) and then the guy just wakes up and all of a sudden claims 'rights', out of the blue and claims "parental alienation " if the child whos FAR from being stupid, doesn't want to see them THERES NO SUCG THING AS PARENTAL ALIENATION. ITS PURE BULLSHIT.

Al Salaamu Alaikum my brothers and sisters! This is unrelated to the topic of child custody, I have a very important question I need to ask that has not been on answered on KZread yet as all videos regarding this topic are not found or not available. Is watching James Charles or other men wearing makeup on KZread haram? Since the more you watch it are you supporting these men in some form of way? As you know they are over-feminising by wearing make up which is permissible for women only. I am a woman, can I watch them apply makeup? I am watching those videos to learn how to do my own make up from them. Should I resort to watching women instead? They get money from the advertisers on the video so if i watch them they get money. Is it haram? May someone please answer me because I do not know and I need an answer. Thank you so much!

Sister. I think you're answering your own question 😋😆. Something inside you is telling you to stay away and watch videos made by female artists; do so and keep your mind clear and at peace. And remember, others will say that any make up is not permissible because there are different opinions; but that is a another matter.

@@artdeco777 I wouldn't watch the ones made by men. Because it's haram for a man to behave like a woman and by watching, you are contributing to their channels to get bigger, more popular and YT will suggest these videos even more.
