In 40years of this songs existence it was never sampled before because it's not free to use like that. Even the original artist said they had no idea about this but that it sounds VERY similar. Being paid off would mean no reports or photographs of any kind. The thing (I assume) with dispatch is they like to find dirty lots of dirt of interest and BTS at that time were boring with nothing "scandalous" to report out.

BSH however thought they would flop and therefore delayed their debut. instead they debuted Lesserafim and labeled them as HYBEs Global gg. MHJ was promised during this time that after they had gotten Lsfm debuted they would focus on nwjns but they didn't which caused the Members and their families to worry, mind you it was delayed for a whole year and a half. So this caused MHJ to take it into her own hands and BSH was jealous that they blew up without his input and help so he made ILLIT to make a new nwjns that he had creative control over. Wouldn't you be mad if someone, who told you your ideas were bad, stole your idea? Plus if you look at the budget difference Nwjns had only 16billion krw spent on them but ILLIT had 500billion krw. Can you now see the blatant plagiarism and disregard of nwjns and MHJ hard work? (Sorry for the long explanation but I just wanted you to understand the situation)

She even admitted herself in her presscon that starting her own company was the right thing to do but she didn't start her own company and instead joined hybe to debut a gg because "if you start on your own money, you become poor". She didn't have the business mindset from the get go. You gotta learn to take risks in business. Even she knew it was a risk. She keeps saying it's not about money but her own words prove that it's definitely mostly about money cuz she didn't wanna take the risk and probably become poor. That's very contradictory. Bang pd wasn't like her, he started his own company and even went bankrupt but did with his own company instead of joining as a sublabel of money backed kakao or SM. He got so many offers to sell BTS(even to SM) but he didn't because he was a risk taker and knew his business well. If you work for a company anything you build as an employee, any creative output becomes the company's intellectual property or IP. You can't get emotional over your works success and get upset and scream plagiarism or stealing if someone else from the same company does something remotely similar with that formula because that idea belongs to the company now as the company's IP. It's her fault for not starting her own independent company and trademarking copyrights to every single hairstyle, hair color, dress, dance move since she wanted to be petty and wanted everything to be hers only so bad. Do you know how ridiculous it sounds? At the time NJ debuted LSF didn't have a huge budget like illit either, do you know why? Because source music was at the risk of bankruptcy and they had to debut some group with more assurance to popularity first before taking a huge risk like NJ in order to earn some money. And debuting someone already popular was the safe and right business move for that. Now the company has way more money than that year that's why illit got this much budget. I don't get why debuting first is so important to NJ. They didn't have even nearly as hard as other idols with their waiting peruod. There are idols who get their debuts pushed back to 7-8 years(jihyo, bang chan) and even 11years(aisha) but you don't see them throwing a fit over it and they are all successful now. Compared to that NewJeans waiting period was nothing. Yet they are still complaining and still stuck over the past. It seems they just can't accept the fact that they are not the 1st in everything and they are not getting every single thing in life. Getting upset over not being greeted/bowed back by a decades older senior. This should frankly be a life lesson to them as to why you can't have everything your way as a rookie and especially as an employee. Might not be rainbows and unicorns but that's how the idol business works. Jihyo got her debut pushed back 3 times. Bang chan got his debut pushed back 2 times. Yet they are still humble to JYP. Cuz they know that promises can fall through, it wasn't written as part of their trainee contracts that 'you get to debut 1st,you get to debut at this exact date and the company ceo will always bow to you cuz you're just that important' and that's why they don't make a fuss. It wasn't written in NJ trainee contract too but they are acting like it was. And talking about jealousy, if bang pd is jealous, then MHJ is more jealous than anyone on the industry right now. She's jealous that Illit became successful earlier than NJ did. Otherwise she wouldn't have screamed plagiarism. She'd be silent if illit flopped. That concept she keeps claiming that NJ and MHJ owns, after NJ a few nugu groups like triples did it too but she didn't raise a issue because she had nothing to be jealous of as they weren't successful. Not to mention she herself keeps copying other kpop and jpop acts(and now even uk acts) but she has a problem with illit doing it

The point about the company giving money if you looked at the figures, Not confirmed I just stumbled upon it so don't rely on me for this, in terms of the budget for Nwjns they were given 16billion won but ILLIT were given 500billion which shows where Hybe were focused on placing their investments. She spent so much time on the girls so she, as a trainer, grew to care for them and when they were promised to debut she obviously wanted to try her best to make it happen bc she had faith in them which BSH did not have. He , as someone who has been through a similar situation as her, should have been understanding enough to either give her the motivation and aid her rather than do what everyone else was doing to BTS when they were in the same situation and deemed as flops. Everything else I completely agree with though

Every thing about illit is unoriginal, and it’s absolutely not those girls fault, they took a choreographers choreo without crediting the choreographer, every single rollout they have had has been linked to someone or some group the copycat label is stuck with them I fear, no matter what they do people would look for anything to compare with other groups, sad for them though. With the Winwin situation, I think there is more to it than anyone might know. I think one of biggest issue is when Winwin was actually notified of the change to the comeback date schedule and him being told that he would not be in the comeback. All we know is that when he accepted the first drama, there was no group activity. There is no public statement from either Winwin or SM as to when he actually knew that he would not be in the comeback. No one knows when he accepted the guest role for the second drama - was it before or after him knowing his status in this comeback. As for his absence in the recent music festival in China, no one knows why. The only statement was from WayV official/SM simply stating 5 members and their names. Also, WayV official/SM already put out a statement only 5 members for an event in Japan in July(this was made public by WayV official before his studio's or bar announcement to his work in China) so I am also curious as to the status of Winwin's participation in the 3rd qtr Japanese mini album and yet unannounced tour. Has it already been decided by WayV official/SM that he is out for both upcoming activities because of him not being in this comeback? I absolutely know nothing regarding the contract between Winwin and SM, but it's kind of hard to believe that the contract would be so lienient as to allow the signee-Winwin to decide whether he will partcipate or not participate in an activity or to do personal schedule without their consent even if it's his own studio which I think is something like his own label.

I think people seem to forget the mistreatment Winwin has faced since he joined NCT. From being a permanent part of NCT127 to being pulled out without any announcement or explanation. "Not being a good singer" is ridiculous. No one is asking for a ton of lines, a few lines would be good enough but he doesnt get anything. Even a little screen time would suffice. Also Winwin is definitely on the same level as Sehun so don't even go there. "SM focuses on vocals" is again nonsense because SM was the one who casted Winwin in China, where he had a stable career, brought him and debuted him in Korea. They basically unhinged his life just to treat him like shit. Good for him that he's focusing his efforts on acting. It's not like WayV themselves get treated well either. They're the worst treated unit in NCT.

Yeah, but like the video said - public sentiment is everything. I think that if he stops NJs activity just to be petty, then everyone is going to know and he’s going to lose favor with the public. That would hurt the image of every group under the HYBE umbrella, but especially all their girl groups. HYBE really cannot catch a break with its girl groups, but it doesn’t help that their CEO doesn’t seem to know how to handle public drama.
