It's because she's too busy fluttering her fake eyelashes at them and chatting them up, instead of doing her job and looking after the guards.

The police should be doing their job and tell those guys they are disrespecting the Guard and tell them to move on. Police did not do their job.

They wouldn't have got away with this if John was the videographer! I'm angry that the police didn't evict them like the police that are usually on duty would have done! She was smiling and chatting with them, asking if they were French instead of doing her job, which is to primarily to protect the troopers! Fuming!

I've just watched this again. The two ladies with prams were sort of pushed aside. Are these guys known and 'friends' if not , it is beyond my comprehension as why nothing was done , Mod Police, need to look at this. It's a huge security issue.
