Funny story, I played Disgaea to death, my brother owns Rhapsody and my sister owns La Pucelle. Up until today, I had no idea that they were developed by the same company.

Pleinair Allaprima is a full name, meaning “drawing freely in the huge outdoors,” hinting to the Mangaville Chronicles Pixkapow hyperseries, the only anime series to include her. Therefore, Disgaea 7, 8, 9, or 10 needs to introduce another member of the Allaprima family. Also, Laharl is based upon a character introduced in Mangaville Chronicles Pixkapow Gaiden.

Man, I'm still playing Disgaea Hour of Darkness. Been working on 100% item completion for 15 years now

I was about 98% done with my Disgaea DS file. I was only missing a couple of items and the Multiplayer Exclusive Prism Red but then my save got corrupted. :'(

Yeah, he's pretty... badass. I definitely would like to see them make more games with their other series but the games seems too niche to risk it especially since NIS isn't near the size of other AAA (or maybe even AA) development/publishers out there. Personally I would have loved if La Pucelle: Ragnarok was released in the west back in the day but that ship has sailed.

Wouldn't be that hard though, the system of using vehicles was already improved in Disgaea 4, and who wouldn't love to blow Sh#t up on the field riding a literal laser tank again. That was my favorite part of my MK. They should just keep the chess board movement though and it would be perfect.

im a HUGE makai kingdom fan, i still to this day call it my favorite game ever. But you did forget to mention makai kingdom 2 for psp....nbd. But I have a question, can you tell me who alexander god of destructions voice actor is? I'm having trouble with it. I have a sealed copy of makai kingdom and i got babylons voice actor to sign it for me but I can't find the rest. Zettas easy since hes winston from overwatch haha, I have to somehow get to a con when hes there.

last week a finish the game for the first time it was a fun journey but it's really unpolished

Rip asagi for so long her game gets keep getting pushed back only to end up ad a gacha mobile game but I guess she's a main character now lol

QwQ miss the old Style.

Poor asagi finally gets a game and it's a shitty Gatcha game, that's on the verge of failing.

Zenon. Also Emeizel (from disgaea 4) refers to HL as zenons more than once. So she's on their fucking money probably

The real Overlord Zenon is the most powerful entity in the entire franchise, being so damn strong that she took down 99 Overlords and 1,000 Demon Lords in one night by herself. Even Laharl, who at the point of their encounter has already canonically defeated Baal, was forced to flee after being defeated before she could outright kill him.

Zenon beating laharl is a zenon who is not in her prime yet, most of her memories are gone, shes in a 17 years old weak body that cant even handle her powers for too long. Laharl got equipments during the fight while zenon doesnt even got any equipment Btw laharl is 1300+ years old when they fought so yeah Zenon is clearly overpowered Her feat defeating more than 1000 overlords can easily go up if she doesnt avoid violent life and reincarnated herself.

So someone help me out here: Disgaea PC... Disgaea 1 but you start with Pleinair... Which version does this correlate to? I could look it up, but I'm in quarantine and I miss human interaction.

Actually Pleinair was only on Ds version. But dunno maybe they put it alltogether

yeah $60 for this game is overpriced since the biggest thing was the visual update. $30 might have been okay.

Fun fact this game is so old that dlc was not a thing and they just put cool references in for the sake of fun. ;) Remember when game companies just made a game and released it as the final and only version? ;P

Priere and Marjoly are in all the games Zetta, Rosalin, and Adell are not in the PS2 version and are not recruitable in the PSP version Prism rangers are not recruitable outside of D1 Complete except for red who you could get as a doll on PSP Asagi is in D1 Complete only
