every time I close my eyes two minutes later they open like they are being forced to

I was already in a relaxed state when my mom suddenly barged in to my room and told me to hang the laundry. This is working tho until my mom barged in to my room :v

I got nothing, I could imagine everything, I even felt the familiar in the mist while walking across the stones then bam...I couldn't find anything....but I knew it was there. I just couldnt find it.

I think I saw a huge jungle and hills, and little cottage.. What I was, a f*cking Tarzan? 😂

So I was a man, in my mid 30 and I was in a boat trip or a cruise. A few seconds later I saw that I was freezing to death underwater. As soon as I got to the top, I saw other people and a lot of boat parts and a huge boat sinking... The boat looked just like Titanic...

My experience was lovely. I went into this skeptical but open-minded. When I landed on the beach, I was greeted by two or three young children who were excited to see me. They pulled my hands up the stairs. When I reached the top, I saw a blonde woman harvesting flowers and plants on the banks of a small stream next to her house. She was happy to see me, and gave me a big hug. I asked her what she does; she states she makes tonics and tinctures from the plants she harvests, and acts as a healer for people in the village. She also raises her family, complete with goats and a small garden.I asked if she had a husband, and she said no because he had passed away from illness, which inspired her to learn about healing. I asked how she died, and although she avoided the question at first (almost shyly), she stated that she accidentally poisoned herself with one of her tonics. She said "that's why I made sure you'd be a worrier, and hyper aware of what you're doing at all times!" with a smile. We talked for a little longer, and then I left. Wows. Guided meditation is pretty awesome. Still skeptical, but it was a lovely way to spend 20 mins!

i fell asleep after watching this and had vivid dreams of being taken to epstein’s island, idk if the two are connected but he’s dead so idc

I was a loving mother and wife on a beach I was crying I was so happy

Like did this really work for ya'll? what am I doing wrong?

I was a Swedish Girl, around 16. I was loving and caring. I loved to dance around. I had no siblings or lover, I was happy not having a lover. I cared for everyone! I lived in a small simple cottage in the mountains. I seemed carefree. I looked so happy. Hopefully I'll see her another time! :D

I'm a black woman , a little older than I am now , and I have a son , a husband , and another child on the way 😊 This meditation is amazing .

I tried this meditation for the 1st time today. I could feel myself subconsciously blocking it a little. I did see myself in some type of tropical rain forest looking up at the canopy of trees. It was actually quite nice. I am going to keep trying this one, it was fun! :)

I was a being made of golden, honey light. my energy was kind, loving, and powerful. my lesson was to live and forgive. to rise above negativity and be still

Man! I didn't want it to end! Lol... Saw myself walking towards a man in beautiful armor like clothing. He was standing out on a wide beautiful white balcony that looks out into the town. I asked his name and heard "Demetre" and scanned myself to see who I was. I had light brown locks, I was tall, in a flowy dress, and was told my name was Margarit. I asked who was he to me and got, "husband" then asked where I was and heard, "Athens." The home was grand with tall structures, very airy. I seemed happy and content!

It didnt work for me i was totally concentrated... i couldnt even imagine the boat though i was fully lost inside it

I was trying my best but all of a sudden I got really itchy everywhere

Now I'm not sure if these stories are true or just people trippin us up. Is visualization the same as imagination? What if I already have a kind of past life I already fancy myself in, will that not inevitably affect my visualization? XD

i was some sort of teacher or foster parent to a lot of children in some sort of japanese temple, i was very attached to them and they made me so happy, at some point i had to leave them behind in that life and it was so painful that my physical body started crying. But this letting go feeling is so familiar, its nothing new to me, im very scared of letting go of things and people because i get attached to things instantly. I went into this somewhat skeptical but I loved it.

I saw a woman who looked similar to me. She had a beautiful house and she had a husband and children. The home was what I would have for myself now. Deceased people I have lost recently came and let me hold my baby I miscarried almost 26 months ago. It was amazing and I feel so peaceful.

I didn't see anything apart from pitch black.

Well I don't doubt,I've had past lives. True psychics have told me that my soul is not the same age as I am in this life,it's much older,so this has already been confirmed,it's not just "deja vu" focus on criticising yourself,not others!

I'm normally a very paranoid person during guided meditation, but this was very calming and pleasant... I met a woman whose name I didn't know exactly but she was a past self, she was Spanish and played violin and bass and liked jazz. She had a younger brother named Mark, and she was very pragmatic. We didn't have a lot in common, and she specifically said this. It was comforting, however, to learn about her with the time I had.

Me: Mom Im doing a guided meditation. Mom: Cool! Some time later, Mom: Hey whats up? Me: mom....... Mom: Sorry! Two minuets later, Mom: Want a sandwich? Me: Really mom? Really? Mom: You should've told me that you where meditating! Me:.........

all i saw was mountains, and a lake surrounded by green and rock and evergreen trees. it reminded me of switzerland

RIGHT IN THA MIDDLE OF THE VID, ( I was half asleep ) and saw that I was in a torn house and relied I was laying on the floor of the house and I saw a man looking at me and laying on the floor...I instantly opened my eyes and freaked out O_O

I keep imaging the things I'm supposed too, but I can never really imagine it fully. I keep switching scenes. But, when I do imagine it, fully relaxed, I don't sense anything or feeling anything familiar. It's just bright light. What does this mean?

I fell asleep during the meditation, but from what I remember it seemed that I was some kind of musician...

When I meditate, I end up falling into a VERY VERY deep sleep. I don't recall ANY of my dreams/visions or listening to all the video. lol Which kind of frustrates me the next morning 😖 but, isn't a big deal. At least I sleep well. I really enjoy your videos! Keep posting 👍👍👍

this was kind of terrifying...I saw a yellow tent..and a man writing something at a desk. There was books on a shelf near him, it was like his office. I got a very scared feeling, and he was coming towards me. I can see his face he had a beard. He was really scary. I felt like i was drowned

When I got to the beach, I felt my soul trying to bring me to the water, trying to get me to leave, but I knew someone was waiting for me. The person told me a lot and showed me a lot. They said that they loved me and couldn't wait for us to meet again.

Thank you, this was beautifully written and composed. My experience the first time was a series of vivid scenes (sorry if it's a bit long): 1. Through the mist I first saw a bright sun in a pale alpine sky. Mossy rocks with small, hardy, five-petaled white flowers growing in the cracks. The air was very cold but the sun powerful nonetheless. There was a faint sound of bells, occasional as if on grazing animals. Then I was lying in the snow, on my back, looking up at the amazingly clear pale blue sky. I could hear the sound of the thick snow melting. I was thinking about what the sky meant and what was beyond it. 2. Then I was sitting in a cave breathing the same crisp cold air. I looked to my left and saw three men in red robes sitting in a line next to me, looking at me. To my right sat one more man (monk?). I got up and walked to the cave mouth, I could easily trail my fingers on the ceiling. My feet were bare and dusty. One of my companions followed me to the cave mouth and we stood looking down on a sparsely vegetated snowy ridge that ran down onto the banks of what seemed to be a small frozen lake. A large wolf-grey dog came from my right and I knelt down to greet it, its fur was very thick and silky and it's head was enormous. I put my arms around its neck and it brushed my cheek with it's wet nose, and then drew back. The man behind me was smiling. 3. I was in a dim, dusty interior with a low whitewashed ceiling and earth floor. Sun was filtering through a closed wooden door, the cracks around the door were large so a lot of light was falling in beams whirling with dust, and I saw there was straw on the floor. It was warm. I saw on my left there were a couple of short, low walls and there were yaks in the room. In the dim light I could see the white patches on their bodies and their little black eyes shining, and big scruffy red tassels on their heads too. I think there were three. I went and scratched one under the jaw, he had curving horns. Then I suddenly felt very emotional, because as I looked at his eyes I felt an overwhelming compassion for him, and I felt powerless as if separated by a great distance even though I could smell the comforting horsey smell and feel his bristly fur. Then I felt as if I was falling away from his presence, like the sensation when someone has died and you can't see them again. I didn't expect to feel so much attachment towards the yaks, of all the beings that appeared throughout! It was wonderful, thanks! tldr: I had a spiritual experience with a yak.

Holy cow, I wasn't always human! I was a wolf from some part of Germany centuries ago.

I was a young girl, my hair was blonde and i had it on a braid. I was wearing a baby blue dress with white shoes. I had two brothers and a little sister, her name was Payton. We lived in a white house and had a normal life. We didnt have a father and I liked playing tag. I asked what year it was and she said 1914 very clearly. I am kind of disappointed, i was expecting to be a celtic princess but i guess not.

I REALLY thought this one was Groovy! I had all kinds of vivid neat dreams! Going to give this one another go! Thank you!!!

I saw this old neat staircase and a dried up bush coming at me lol. It's a start....

when i climbed those steps, I felt so much fear and my eyes were filling with tears (may be it was an excitement to see my formal family), and my breath got so much faster and faster than normal, so i could not see anything! but i got an incredible feeling that, someone there waiting for me behind a huge fog! thank you so much for this wonderful and nostalgic meditation.I will definitely try it again and find them and my home!

Everything went fast for me.. I hear the sound of the train...it was so fast... I remember myself crying calling out for my mom and dad... I remember the name Alexei...I saw him...but he's a bit blurry... I remember a man with moustache.. I don't know who he is... but he's smiles at me..lovingly I remember hearing somebody whisper at me and call me.. "Anya" I remember the sound of guns... My heart is heavy...so heavy... I remember wearing a white night gown with long sleeves.. I was freaking out...afraid and sad... then, you speak and I felt your voice dragging me from that creepy place... I felt afraid but it was a good experience... gonna try it again sometime if I'm really ready to face it again...

I got Sarah Ireland, 1834 I seen a little blonde girl, googled Sarah Ireland 1834, found sarah, and her little sister, a little blonde girl, makes sens, Ive always been drawn to celtic things, the land was very burned, as if a fire happened

I fell a sleep before the end because the voice was kinda relaxing but before I saw a little boy he was wearing clothes from the 50's 60's I guess, and he was running a lot. Kinda remind me of the boys of the working class in England that we can see in history books nowdays. We didn't talk but I was watching enjoying his life on the hills of the island.

What an amazing journey into one of my past lives as a very popular saloon girl in the wild wild west. I wore a beautiful satin dress and hat with ostrich feathers. Men were spending their paychecks for my company. I saved my money and was very wealthy.

I saw a man dressed up almost like a viking. not the fat kind. his build was like that of what lumber Jacks look like in kid shows. a braided brown beard. an axe strapped on his back. he did nothing but smile although....I did sense communication.

Thank you Jason! What a wonderful experience of one particular past life, that I have been having brief memories about.... A different truth was revealed about that lifetime, this time round. It was truly amazing!!

I found my past life my name was Ben Vaulmer/Vollmer (I don't know how it is spelt) it was about 13 years ago and i died in a retirement home called sunnny shores retirement home and I lived a great live and raised 2 kids!

I saw a young woman from the colonial times in America. She had light brown hair and she was wearing a corset and colonial style dress and bonnet and she was holding a fan. I walked beside her in a garden in the back yard of a house. it was sunny and calm and we were just sitting on a bench talk. i asked if we have any brothers or sister and she said yes, a brother John and a sister Rabecca or something like that. interesting meditation. I want to try this again and get more information from my past lives. Thanks!

This is amazing, I felt my soul separates from the body and slowly returns to former memory. the flash that give felt when I began to see the sunrise is beyond description. Very nice and useful experience and knowledge that I will gladly repeat.

Yeah you are who you are in each life. I am always a priest warrior class. Social injustice causes. But the point is this. In every life...judge and know thy self. Point being in every life even though you are same similar they perceived you differently according to their own agenda. They are only defining their good or evil selves. I think the stupid evil people just like to drug and murder everyone. They don't like intelligence decent people healers etc. It is not what they do it for them is who they are.

I had a mother, no father, and an older sister named Susie. and two younger siblings. i remember loving them a lot, and i miss that life soo much. can meditate later to try to remember other details.

Every time i get through the mist and begin to start seeing my past it, it seems as though everything just stops for me. Like as soon as i begin to see everything blacks out and i get an intensely sad feeling

I revisited a past life I had been to before, but these were visions before. I got to see how my house looked like and my personality before my life went wrong. I was so young and happy. I was told to promise myself to do her proud and to fight for what you want. I have a goal in life now. Make her proud and fight for what is right for myself. 💛

I saw house in big meadow..It was some sort of old house i don't know,it was peaceful and i saw little boy and older boy,they were coming to me.I saw a men and a women,maybe my parents,and i saw one boy at early 20s who is coming to me and huging me..Hmm i am sad now :( I will try this again,to try to find something else.Thank you :)

I have tried a few other regressions and i don't see anything at all i tried this one still same except this time afterwards every time i started to fall asleep the slightest sound would startle me and prevented me from sleeping all night.what does this mean

I think I was in the Victorian age but I'm not sure if I were in England or America. My name was Nancy and I learned I died at age 53 in a car crash I think. It was all fuzzy with the details... but I think for a very split second I saw one or two faces that looked around that age. I learned I had 3 sons, Michael, Jack and Peter although I'm unclear on Peter being his actual name. I seemed to enjoy piano, cooking, reading and crochet. I don't recall anything about the husband or the house or location. I felt like I wore those large brimmed vintage hats and dresses quite often and loved the outdoors I think. I LOVE these meditations - they're quite fun to try and see if they work on me. Most of the time they do! I had a past life of being a Native American shaman, and a life as an Alaskan woman from an igloo village tribe that died in a sledding accident on the ice. It's so fascinating!!!

I arrived in ancient Egypt, my name was Ishrah, I was a woman of wealth, but not royalty. I had one brother I saw briefly, and one elderly man who I was apparently very close too, like my grandfather. He watched over me, and took my arm as we walked, but never spoke. He had a kind face.

Do you know anything about future lives? I've had this image of a happy, little blonde girl in my head since I was about five and managed to have a conversation with her when I was 8. My guide tells me that's her and I'd like to know more. This is strange because I'm a 14 year old male, who's happy as well but I don't really see myself as a girl.

I just tried this and it was way different than i expected once I got up this stepping stones what I saw is different than I thought it would ever be and it was just Jesus there and I asked him three questions and than I came out of the meditation feeling sm better than I did before and prayed

w o w. I didn’t meet with someone ancient but instead someone who is (I think) still alive! I saw a tall, slim, straight haired brunette woman out front of her white house, she was in her herb garden and invited me inside. She lived in a warm climate. She told me her first and last name, I felt the presence of her blonde little girl. I felt her partner was not around much and she was very independent and happy. She loves gardening, cooking and being creative. When finished, I googled her name out of curiosity and found her online.. even a picture with her little blonde daughter. I felt feelings in my stomachs when talking to her, turns out she is a nutritionist. We are both really into health and wellness. So fascinating!

I saw a bright light when the silvery mist cleared. Then it just got brighter. Then I seen a running stream that was next to a small Japanese like town, and then I seen a boy that smiled at me. Everything then turned back to darkness. This had to have been back in the 1800s. That's amazing!

Ohh how I long for the day when I can just put my wings on and fly. Fly in total love and peace. Fly into the bossom of God ... and there dwell forever 🙏🌹

Thank you so much for this video. I love your voice and all your meditations. For me it was the first visit of my past life. I saw I was a man. Living in a green landscape, maybe Ireland. I lived in a round stone house. I had a wife with long black hair. And I had two children. I loved them all so much. Especially my wife. That's all I saw. And then I went so incredibly sad. I know I died too early or something. When I came back to my present body, I cried. I was so sad. :( I feel like I left them too early, guilty, sad, I don't know. I am going to do this meditation within the next days again, maybe I can solve this sadness! Do you have any further advices? Thank you so much for this experience. Love and hugs from Germany!

I woke up at 16:00, although I feel really relax, I see to many things moving around me, at first I was behind water looking at the sun. I think I was in the ocean, and after that, I see a beautiful place, my last incarnation was with a flower bouquet in her hands.

I found myself I think in a Victorian era enjoying myself as I was skipping along the stone steps in front yard of a large mansion with beautiful green grass and colourful flowers. I pictured the stone steps very clearly and felt a strong sense of nostalgia. A woman in a puffy blue dress and bonnet was sauntering around who I felt might have been my sister. I tried to ask her questions but I couldn't feel for any answers.

interesting.. a spindle appeared to me at first, then I saw my past self sitting at it, spinning a ball of wool. I also had a husband, who I got a very loving energy from. I was middle aged, and very grounded, calm and content. I asked myself how I came to become so peaceful and was told I had struggled but it was over now and that I needed the pain to know what it felt like so I can properly heal others in this current life, which I have also struggled in. I feel I went to a past life that was the closest parallel to my current one, so I could see that I'm synching with my souls purpose. Thank you, I gained much perpective from this. Namaste

For me it was more like feelings than images. I felt cold in my hands and feet and my body .There was a smell in the air a fresh smell like the sea mixed in with a pine wood forest. It was very relaxing I will try it again :)

I'm not sure if my imagination pulled this from me but I had very vivid experiences. I was a white blonde woman from the 1950's or around that time and I fell in love with this man, in college, who wore glasses, we got married, I must have been Jewish? cuz glass was broken at the wedding. We were quite happy, I had a son then a daughter. However, my son fought in a war, Vietnam perhaps? and he died, I started crying in real life when I saw myself cry in the vision as an army official came to my house and gave me the news. My daughter was there too and my husband it was really sad, then my husband kind of changed after that. As he aged he drank a lot more, my daughter fell in love with dance as she grew older and eventually I moved in with her away from my husband. My daughter had a beautiful daughter with brown hair and bright eyes and I loved taking care of her, I felt very strong as an old woman. I felt as though my past self was showing me how her life was not incredibly tough but she was able to stay strong through the tough times and she wants me to do the same and know that I am in control of my own narrative. She was kind and caring, much more selfless than me, I hope I see her again, she had me physically crying and feeling paralyzed and I am not a super emotional person.

I think I was somewhere in the scottish Highlands. It was a small, poor but peaceful village, very serene and silent, in a beautiful setting, near a lake. Someone took me by the hand, it's as if they expected me(!) and led me to a small house where I met the person I supposedly was!!! No talking was necessary - all communication was spiritual. I got the message that I was the clan's Wise Man, someone who knew more than others and could educate them, someone who had some knowledge and could transmit it, a teacher or something like that. When I mentally asked how one could become a teacher in such an era without studies, universities or so, I got the answer that I was part of a long family tradition, that my ancestors had the same role and that knowledge has a lot of ways it can be transmitted! What a powerful feeling! Excellent instructions, just the right kind of music and your voice sounds great! THANK YOU! I will go through this again, very eager to see whether I will see a different experience next time!

Halfway through the video of my body jolted and I was forced to open my eyes

I heard about past life regression hypno-therapy not too long ago. Although I am a skeptic by nature, it immediately took my interest. I went into this with skepticism in my heart. Being no stranger to meditation, as I began this journey I let my skepticism go, and allowed myself to be guided by your voice. throughout it there were even parts where I can feel the remnants of that skepticism peek through. But I released those, and went on. I could feel the moments of euphoria, sweet bliss like I haven't felt in a very long time. As the mist faded away, all I felt was this energy of over bearing anger, murder, and chaos. At first it scared me a little, but I pressed through and tried to ask questions. For what seemed like an eternity I could feel my past self staring, unblinkingly back at me, not answering any of my questions. I was a little upset to not be able to get anything back. I kept going though, trying to figure out how my past self came to be like this, it wasn't until I asked about family that I got the overwhelming sense, that they were all killed mercilessly. I was overcome with such sadness, that I broke into tears and could not finish this video. But I will definitely be back to be guided deep within myself once again. Thank you for making things like this possible by uploading them to the public!

i saw a old cottige and what i think was my mum doing gardening, 3 children were running around there name was suzie thomas and caria i remember feeling that i loved the 3 children but the person that was my mum mabie not so much. I was surrounded in red flowers. When i was there i felt that i died when i was a child :( but this is amazing XD

im not sure what I saw. I think it was some kind of grassland or something but man thats all I got. defo not human though. probably from my kintype..

The very first time I did this meditation I saw absolutely nothing. However the next day when I was at a yoga class the next day, I visualized the mist and during a very relaxing time at that class I got two very vivid images, things that I had never seen before and yet they were familiar as soon as I saw them. That was all the confirmation I needed that reincarnation does exist. I also believe now that this regression does work it's just you can't force it. I really badly wanted to see images the first time I did this but. nothing came to me. At a time I really didn't expect it to work it did. Just wanted to share because of still kind of shaken up by what I've seen but I'm a believer now

Today I saw a bright white light I think I might of been in heaven or maybe some energy life form looking for answers and peace or maybe giving peace to people that need answers

incredible such clarity for me. I saw an old cottage me in some very old clothes maybe 1800s a fire 2 children and I assume my husband/ partner when I approached he was bathing one of our children and he bent over to greet me with a tender kiss whilst the other child watched from the side of the bath. there was something cooking on the fire smelt amazing. I felt loved calm and serene . how mesmerising 😊 thank you

nothing happened. but while I'm looking around, there's something that suddenly (burts?) behind my mind. its not really burst but more like a bubble popped. then my body suddenly feel so really light like I'm floating and I was so nervous. Then the video said I have to go back in the present but it took me a while to open my eyes. then I was not able to move my hands. But after a few seconds, I hurriedly look at my hands and its so wrinkled. Wow, that was an awesome experience....

my whole family was korean i smelled soup from the kitchen and the warm hug from my dad gave me when he come home from his job and my older brother running around with the dog the house was nice i was being held by my grandpa he was showing me pictures of men in war i guess my past family had a lot of honor .

I done it, I was on a chariot and there where two light brown horses with mousey mains pulling me, it was very clear, not like a dream, but like really being there, I could see the vivid sun light in the horses mains. I had a flute or some kind of pipe I would play too. My armour was dark almost black, the road was just rocks, and the building I was riding too was very dark grey stone. It was summer. I could actually see it, I was riding a chariot. Not sure if I just imagined it all or what, but it was pretty cool.

I'm so surprised that my family IS my family too in my past life and I was so nice to people, I also trust people really easily.........3 person who were nice 2 me, I saw them secretly had a mean/evil smile. It is horrible!!!!!!! I can't believe that my life was so scary.

I saw a woman, and a man in armor.. She told me he was my first life, as he couldn't answer any questions of mine, she said I needed to see him anyways, just to know that our hearts have always been the hearts of warriors and adventurers, And that I need to trust my inner self to take me where I want to go.. That was, eye opening. I didn't even have any time to question more than her clothes and shoes! Haha, She explained everything to me like she knew all the questions I had without even saying them aloud. I didn't think I'd see anything nor that it was possible to do, but here I am bawling my eyes out. Thanks!

I was some sort of Iron Age/Celtic clan leaders daughter. I had red hair that was very long and straight, I had freckles and very pale skin with vivid green eyes. I could sing and dance well and although I married and my brother took over as clan leader I stayed with my clan and became an elder. I died an old woman for the time, I knew it was time and wondered in to the forest to pass peacefully alone. I also got a small glimpses of a geisha dressed in a pink kimono with white cherry blossom hair piece but the red hair me was older and took president in this meditation.

I was a 21 year old woman in the year 1686. I lived with my parents, three older sisters and one younger brother. I was black and from France but living in Ireland. My job was a farmer but I secretly worked as a psychic and made herb recipes to help my friends and family. I died when our village was invaded and I was hung for my skin color.

I was ignored by the past "me". She seemed so absorbed with whoever her lover was and they were hugging and cuddling like they're the only ones who exist. I also "knew" that it's her passion that killed her young. I keep wanting to warn her but I'm ignored. And I always feel like I'm being pulled out of that "room" she's in by force. It's not my first time doing this, here or somewhere else and I always end up with the same feeling: me desperately trying to get her attention, and me not wanting to go back. Along with similar dreams I've been having since I was a child, it's making me confused and desperately looking for answers.

I keep falling asleep ugh

i felt so scared climbing the stairs and then I saw a little girl and she hugged me and said I was her aunt and that I took care of her after her mom died.
