.........................
Whether you believe in literal past lives, or just the incredible power of your own creative imagination, this trance session meditation can bring important understandings released from your own self identity. Deeper insight may allow you to move forwards in your current life with renewed motivation, integration, happiness and peace.
Hypnotherapy such as this has been written about by the psychiatrist Dr. Brian Weiss, and others.
May your life be positive and full of freedom.
______
This is a guided hypnosis session for deep relaxation, designed to enable an experiential communication between your conscious and subconscious or unconscious mind. A higher level of personal congruency can be realised when we are able to listen to our deeper truth. You may find the answers to many ongoing personal problems and issues, if you simply take the time to ask your inner self for a new direction.
Do not listen to this recording whilst driving or operating machinery.
Suitable for day time listening, or for hypnotic induction relaxation before sleep.
This recording is in no way a replacement for any prescribed medication; nor is it intended to contraindicate or supersede any medically diagnosed conditions. The author accepts no responsibility or liability for use of this material.
All hypnosis is self hypnosis. The power for positive change resides within your own mind. If you choose to accept the suggestions presented in this session, you can rest comfortably knowing that you are the one safely in control of your own positive results.
This channel uses positive voice suggestions, often accompanied with calm images, background sounds and meditation music, to allow you your very best state of relaxation, inner change, to remove negative blocks, and to create self guided healing therapy; with techniques from the fields of hypnotherapy, modern psychotherapy, trance work, guided relaxation, NLP, cognitive behavioural psychology, mindfulness meditation, and ASMR.
Peace & Enjoy

I followed every word of the hypnotist. The only memories were from my current life, mostly sad moments. This sad feeling overwhelmed me and I cried a lot, tears pours to the sides of my face but I couldn’t move to wipe them. I kissed my younger innocent and unexperienced self and now I know that whatever I do or feel the future me will always love me unconditionally. It was a good lesson. Thank you, Michael.

Nature was everywhere around me and that explains my love for nature, even tho I don’t have anyone at the countryside. He has short wayvy hair, blonde hair.. I was an orphan. I was given a message from him and I wil strongly cherish it. I woke up from this meditation and started trembling and having a strong urge to cry. Thank you so much!

depression can be used as a tool to make you stronger, but you have to want the change for it to happen. you cannot control what happens around you but you can control how you react to it. i’ve been there. time will help you but it is also your responsibility to actively want the change and move forward. depression, simply put, is a connection you haven’t made yet.

Make today the day you would want to come back and see! Do everything different than you would usually do, it will feel uncomfortable to break the habit chain, but it's been said insanity is making the same 'choices' over and over, expecting different results. I don't know why, I don't know you... but I really have a strong feeling that if you do things differently than usual, your life is going to be different. Whatever you are facing, something has been put in you to overcome it!! Thays why you are upset, you aren't supposed to be in this place, you are ready to move onto a better place now. Who do you want to be? What would that guy do right now? Not tomorrow, not tonight... every little dumb choice. Which shirt to wear? Which drink to drink? Get out of bed 15 min earlier... dumb little choices. Life is made up of these little choices that build our world. Notice each little choice you are making, then just choose something different. Before you know, your life will change for the better and look like the life you want to come back and visit 😊. Sorry so long, don't know why I was led to wite this to someone I don't even know. I will say this: p.u.s.h. through...pray until something happens. When you trust your bigher power, when you really feel like giving God the middle finger, He appreciates that, honestly. P.u.s.h. harder and watch crazy good stuff start happening... crazy magical stuff man. Prayed for you, and wouldn't mind one back, lol. 😂 you got this...WE got this!

I'm an Indian but in my past lifetime I was a boy in a foreign country. The city didn't look Indian, it was surrounded by lot of water like seas and oceans. I had good material life and I was wearing good clothes. There was a lady cooking in the kitchen. It was very beautiful city. I had a big house. I think I was hurt in my previous life because that hurt was present whenever I was seeing myself as a boy in past life. The lady in the kitchen was beautiful maybe she was my wife. But I couldn't understand anything anyone was talking because it was not at all clear. Also did not leave my body happily while dying in old-age and I was crying. But both of us my wife and I were Indian living in another country. I want to tell that tough materially I had everything there was some hurt which I could feel. I was not happy in my previous life. But in this life in India I have become very spiritual and peaceful even though I'm not rich like in previous life. I'm grateful to god for giving me birth in India 🙏 and with gods grace this might be my last life on earth. I think I wrote too much but I'm really speaking my heart out in the middle of the night.

I was a native American, I don’t know if from what today is the English speaking or Spanish speaking part of the continent. By the looks of it (clothing, houses) it looked like the US. My name was Chundra apparently. I looked a lot like I do now, A LOT, I had long braids and a feather on my head. I was working with the soil, like planting something. Around me there were teepees, but I lived in a bigger house, built with clay, not a teepee. In the house there was a man who’d come to me and hug me from behind and like put his hands tightly around my neck and mouth, not choking me but like, he didn’t treat me well. He was my spouse but I did not love me, maybe I was forced to marry him. Then I was showed an episode where my village was burning. The Europeans (don’t know if English or Spanish) had burned down my whole village and I was just watching it burn crying, filled with impotence. A lot of people died, I think my spouse did too. I started sobbing really bad, like it really hurt me. I mean me, here, not my past self, I was sobbing. And my dog, who was at my feet came to lay on my cheast, he was worried, aww. Then I was taken to when I was quite old. I’d rebuilt my village, probably somewhere else. I was just sitting around a bonfire and there were a lot of kids around me, I think I was teaching them how to make tools or something. Then when Michael said to ask my self from that time what teachings I should bring into this present life, Chundra told me "We can always rebuild our community if we work together. We must take care of Nature, for Nature takes care of us". Thank you so much for this, Michael Sealey.🙏🏽

First time here as well. I was lightly nervous because I don't know anything about it. I thought it might be, inadvertently like when people talk about being half awake, or something more spiritual/ephemeral/metaphysical. It was way more grounded than I thought it would be, but the self-hypnosis parts are so effective that the back of my mind kicked in hardcore to paint all manner of pictures. It was all safe and relaxing. Really gave me a lot to think about.

I literally have full body chills. I was 33. It was the year 1960 in Tokyo, Japan. I was Yoshida Akio, and I was with my roommate Miyasato Riku. We were writing music. I flashed forward to watching my eldest daughter, Hanako, graduate from school with my wife, Aino, and our other two kids. I remember dying. It was May 31st, 1999. I was with my wife, my eldest, Hanako, her husband and children, as well as my son whom I named after my close friend Riku. Our youngest daughter, Eiko was there, and I think it was her who held my hand. I had liver cancer. I died smiling. When I met my past self he looked so happy and full of life. He told me that “he died happy.” I lost my grandfather recently, and I knew that’s who he meant.

Travel to Saturn at near relativistic speeds or take a swing around a black holes excessive gravitational force and what seemed like an hour to you could be 100 years on earth. Where I were doesnt looks like from anywhere on this planet, I speak different language more like frequency sound. i found another female welcome me back. Why am I here, I sacrificed myself to be here on earth to help make the world the better place. I came here like a fallen star. There are more coming at the same times. It was an amazing feeling. I open my eyes and tears drop. Thank you 😊

This. really. works. I did this ONCE. In the middle I thought I fell asleep but woke up right when he said to open your eyes at the end. A week later I started seeing images of a wealthy white man, an Air Force pilot who’s airplane unexpectedly crashed. There was also a co pilot. One drowned under water and the other survived but was injured. In this current life, my father has told me that he has witnessed an airplane crash before. After the images I saw in my mind about my past life, I had the urge to call my father on the phone right away to find out more about the plane crash my father experienced. That’s when my father told me the airplane he saw back in the day was an Air Force plane and he described that day. There was a Bhera Arab, Arabian Sea right where the plane crashed. My father said he was the only one that saw the crash and went to the scene of the accident. the bodies were all dismembered and there were no survivors. The pilot died too. So tragic and traumatic. No wonder my mind didn’t want to see it at first. My father brought home the souvenir from the plane accident as a keepsake. I wasn’t born at that time but my dad was married to my mom. So the feeling that I got is that the pilot’s spirit came in me when I was born. Death and rebirth. The reason I think I slept initially was bc my mind had to get me ready for this revelation. It was a very spiritual experience and I feel so content now. This explains why airplanes used to give me panic attacks lol

Wow. That was a trip. I was this Chinese girl, named something like Lin Feng. (Could be Li Feng- I’ll do some research). I actually only figured this out when saying goodbye… I was slender, pale, delicate. I had this long pink skirt and white top. Dark brown hair curled at the ends. At first I couldn’t figure out what language was being spoken but realized it’s Chinese. Funny before he said to imagine people, my parents greeted me! They were so happy to have me home. And my siblings, toddlers, both jumped into my arms. It was really chaotic, but it felt like home. My important event was I was at some shrine, here you were for sure I was Chinese because the architecture. I was in some traditional wear, hair still down like last time, and I remember just feeling so delicate. I was touching the water coming out of this old faucet which had some spiritual significance, and a few flower petals fell into it. I’m not sure what killed me, but it was tragic. I just fell upon the streets, and everyone was shocked. I was expecting some bold statement, something long that would stick with me, but she just told me to “be tough”. I got the vibe that she was betrayed, and that’s how she died. I cried IRL when she died. I was so sad to see here go. I sent her all the love I could. I know NOTHING about China or Chinese culture. So, this was really odd. As a kid, irl, I have to admit…I was obsessed with China. I just felt something. I loved everything about China. I had the flag everywhere! And nobody ever talked about China that much like now, so it was odd. I had this book of flags as a kid and I would just stare at the asian flags, but especially the Chinese one. I don’t think I was a noble in my past life, the house seemed very chaotic and cozy. But I think this teaches me a good lesson, because in my current life I’m very passive and kind and have a hard time saying no. Old habits die hard?

Wow this was super intense! In my past life I was a viking woman, the wife of a powerful man. I was heavily pregnant and gathering water from the river into a bucket with my daughter. Back at our house my husband was touching my belly talking to the baby. In the next moment, I was on cliff in a rainstorm overlooking the ocean with my daughter, crying by the grave where my husband and son were buried. Lastly I saw myself dying as an old woman in bed by a fire with my daughter beside me as a grown woman. The old woman told me to take care of her son's soul, as he will be coming to me and I promised I would and I felt such a strong connection with her, understanding her sorrow and felt such a sense of relief now that we've met and she knew I would take care of her baby's soul. I'm not pregnant yet, but I've been feeling very strongly that I want to have a child in the past year (which I NEVER felt before that) and even though it sounds kind of crazy, there's no doubt in my mind now that this will happen. My son's soul has been waiting for me to be ready to be his mom :')

I was in ancient China, I'm a elderly woman named Mei, my son and his wife died, so I had to take care of his child. He had son, who was incredibly smart. We were a poor family, and there were many days where there was only enough food for the boy and none for me. I was wrinkled from old age and skinny to the point where my bones were visible. My grandson, thought I was ugly, and he didn't care for me. He grew into a successful adult and moved out of our tiny home. He was really famous too, and oftened hosted large feast which he invited his friends to. He had 14 wives, all of them were beautiful beyond imagination. I was too old to work, and I lost my job, and lived on the streets. My grandson broke all connections with me once I became homeless. I starved to death, and that could possibly be the reason why I eat a lot.

I'm here in 2024. Decided to do this and it was wonderful. I'm black now but in my past life I was a Danish woman called Esther McCauley, I was tall and had very beautiful skin and a golden blonde hair I was married and had a daughter called Matilda. I was born on the 29th of April 1525. I was standing in front of a cottage which was my home and my husband doing something with some woods behind the cottage, didn't see what he was actually doing though, he wasn't Danish. I enter the cottage and see a fireplace and a chimney and some plates in what looks like a cupboard. My past self tells my current self " be happy Anna, you'll be fine" The past me, I believe was very happy. I pray I find that amount of happiness in my present life ❤❤.

Nice. My story I saw was not as complex but I saw myself in a female school uniform standing in my grandparents house in India. Like as soon as u step inside. Then my mom in my vision tells me to go out my school bag in my room in Hindi. So I go upstairs and go to my room but the thing is my room from that vision was my mom’s room growing up. So I put my bag down and go downstairs, wash my hands at the sink near the kitchen, and sit down at the table for a snack. I find this very interesting because I was born in US.

1870....young woman named Emma. Seems as though I lived in an area surrounded by grassy hills. I lived on a hill overlooking a small town. I had a daughter and a baby son. My husband was someone from the church? I’m not religious in my present life so I’m not sure what to call his position. He was very respected by the people in the town but I felt a sense of coldness from him, like we didn’t talk much because he was temperamental and I had to walk on eggshells around him. Fast forward and I was giving birth to a third child and died due to birth complications. My husband was by my side devastated because he realized I would be gone and that he didn’t treat me very well. It felt like my lessons were to live for myself and not in the shadow of anyone else. Was very interesting

People need to realise this takes practise. Like most things. If you fall asleep, that's great - it shows that you can relax to the guided steps. Just because you fell asleep, it doesn't mean nothing happened. Perhaps you were given what you needed , IN that sleep. Spirituality is like a muscle - the more you use it , the better it gets. Keep coming back to a guided meditation that you are comfy with , persevere . The rewards are too great

I was a middle aged man in either the Middle Ages or maybe even Ancient Rome or Greece. I had a wife and son. I was a solider and lost friends in battle. This was the root of a lot of fear and anxiety around my son - I did not want to lose him. I encouraged education in order to avoid the army. I did not see grandchildren however I know my wife and son outlived me. At the beginning of this I set my intention to better understand my anxiety and this is what my brain presented. I was brought back to my present self at around 52:10 and wasn’t able to finish but this was an extremely interesting experience!! Definitely going to attempt this again!

Then a sweet voice started talking saying "Alexandra you'll be okay" I think it was my mom. The doctor came in, and had a conversation with my mom. I could only hear the words "Sorry" from the doctor. At one point I started to feel bad. My eyes were closing and my mom was holding my hand crying. Then that long beep from when you're dying came. The last thing I heard was "September 12th 2001. 3:45 P.M". Then I opened my eyes and I was me again, the me from now. So I died in 2001 and then born again in 2006. Only 5 years. I wonder where my mom is right now. Like, my past mom. Cause she can't be dead so she must be somewhere. Oh and I was british. Now I'm argentinian.

I closed my eyes and listened with headphones with my legs crossed and arms by my sides. I first saw dark purples and blues as I was getting more relaxed. I focused on only the recording, it was amazing. I first imagined an ocean, then running through a field of tall flowers with lots of green. I saw a bright light and it felt like I was blinking when I wasn't. My eyes were super heavy like I was looking into someone elses view. Then the scenery changed to a forest and a river dividing the trees. I saw a girl with tan skin and brown hair that shifted to a Native American man with a headress. Then my legs became numb from the way I was sitting, so I had to stop :( but I definitely recommend this! I'm shocked something happened because I rarely meditate but now I feel the mind is way more powerful than we think. 💗

I was going to raise the child alone and I was thrilled to be having the child but one day I was walking on a train track in the forest and a train was coming. I had to jump off the bridge. My soul is sad and bitter my life and unborn child were taken from me. Now, in my life, I’m afraid of tall bridges I’m deathly afraid of getting pregnant and having any kids and I understand why now. I’ve always been obsessed with French culture and the language. And when I was a kid I would have recurring nightmares about riding along on a tall bridge where I can’t see the ground around me because it’s so narrow and tall and that I could fall off it at any moment.

Idk if it was a past life regression or not... I was a wife & mother of a child and a baby. Something happened where we had to go into hiding and it was known we would have to be hidden for some time. Idk if it was my husband or another man that we were hiding with but he smothered my baby while we were hiding cuz the baby started to cry, in fear our hiding space would be exposed. This has made me very emotional all day since waking from this.

Since that day ive had this feeling of loss and grief and a feeling that ive lost something or someone really precious to me, I find myself waking up with tears dripping down my cheeks and I would just feel sad and start crying and when I had enough I came here to find the answers. i was a 7 year old male who lived in a poor place and old small house with my mom. i was the only child and my mom was a very angry woman and used to beat me up for the smallest reasons...my dad died infront of me (i felt it so bad as if it was currently happening and i cried rlly bad ...). he had a "special" watch on his wrist and i got it after he passed away. i was a quiet kid that didnt talk much, other kids played and didnt ask me to play with them... i always wondered why my family was poor. when i died i was lying on our old matress on the floor, on my right side and feeling very dizzy because i got sick because i got poisoned and i vommited a lot. this kid told the current me to take this watch from him and take care of it... he also told me to live a richer life away from illness and anger...

For the whole time, I felt so lonely. I was a man (I am currently female.) At first, I was standing out in a field of tall grass and wildflowers. I wanted to be there just to think because something was upsetting me. I went into my house, (a cottage in the middle of nowhere, by the field) and looked at the empty bed in my bedroom. I thought of my girlfriend Emily who had just left. Looking at the bed overwhelmed me so I went back out to the field and shot myself in the head. In this life, I have a birthmark between my eyebrows and for my whole life, when I've felt upset, I could feel pressure there.

I was a young man alive during the Revolutionary War, probably in my late twenties. I was maybe about 5’10” and somewhat fair skinned with blue eyes and curly brown hair that was almost shoulder length. My name was Christopher. I lived in England with my wife Maria and daughter Rachel. I was also actively enlisted in the military. The next memory I had was on my daughter’s sixth or seventh birthday. She was coughing a lot for most of the day and died that evening. The last memory I had was of me going off to fight in the war but I remember a deep feeling of regret since I had to leave my still grieving wife. I ended up dying in battle.

Bubba once said.. " Holding on too resentment and anger is you drinking poison everyday but expecting the other person too die.. The only one you hurt is yourself" . if one can not love oneself how can they then love anyone else?.. One must love oneself and forgive all. Even the evil... To forgive does not mean that those who did wrong will not pay for what they have done.. To forgive is an act off self love and setting boundaries... It does not mean in any way shape or form that the person will not pay for there mistakes.. They will.. But it releases you from any fallout.. If that makes sense.. 🤷

@robertream6571 Try changing the way you think and feel about the regret. The same for hate, anger, fear. Instead of regretting them, LEARN from them. Acknowledge the person or event. Forgive yourself. "I'm sorry, please forgive me, I'm sorry, I'm thankful" is a prayer I've heard before. Sometimes, it has different words. I believe it came from Hawaiian culture. The Ho'oponopono prayer, I believe. Look it up. The whole prayer. I think you will like it.

Definitely a trippy experience, and I remember feeling very very primal, learning a lesson to be wild in this life too. A lesson of authenticity.

The meditation triggered an out of body response in you; that’s what you feel like right before you travel outside your body. The fear is always a part of it. If you just say to yourself, there’s nothing to be afraid of, you can have all sorts of fun! I have seen a being, which I can only describe as a purplish upholstered man, lol. He didn’t really have features but I sensed a masculine energy and it felt like he was sort of standing guard, not menacing though. Definitely weird but totally cool! Try it again but push through the fear!

Your experience sounds like a triggered sleep paralysis episode. I have SP episodes several times a month which is why I'm so excited to try this video. The fear hits you first because you're not in control of what you're seeing or feeling but the longer you stay in it the more amazing it gets! I once fell asleep on my sofa and had an SP episode which frightened the life out of me. I could feel something demonic in the room with me. So in my episode I "left my body" and jumped out of my second story window and went running into the best lucid dream of my life!! Just fight those monsters first and escape that fear and you will have the experience of a lifetime. Trust me.
