One trick to help you make it work is to listen to the meditation not at night but wake up very early in the morning or before your nap in the afternoon. I listened to another Michael Sealey meditation at 6 in the morning and I had a very interesting experience! It was the one about past life. Tank you Michael.

This is the best astral travelling guide...that I use nearly daily now. It has worked every time for me since I first time I heard it. I understand hypnosis & meditation isn’t for everyone but as a person with limited mobility, with this guidance I know now I am guaranteed of a walk or fly or levitation every time I listen!! Practice and open your minds to the other realms... I wish everyone could open themselves up to this and have these experiences too. I love this!! Through cancer and more your guidance has help. Recovering but free of cancer today! Many thanks Michael Sealy.

this lucid dream experience was the most blissful thing ever. at first i started to feel my arms and legs go numb to where i couldn’t even tell if i had them attached to my body. then my chest started to get heavier and heavier. then eventually my eyes started to drift. it felt like i was being sucked out of this world and replaced into a calming happy place. my dream started off with me in an open field filled with flowers of all different kinds, it smelt so earthy and fresh. it felt so real and relaxing almost as if i wasn’t dreaming at all. once i started walking i noticed how the scenery began to change, then i was in a forest by a water fall. i could hear a woman singing from a distance and started following her voice down the river.. as i got closer to the woman just enough to where i can see her body, she was sat on a rock faced away from me. i then remember calling out to the woman and as she turned it was my grand mother.. (she had passed away nearly 5 years ago) i ran up to her and gave the biggest hug, again it felt as if it was real. we then started to walk down the river bank and the scenery began to change again. this time we were at my grand mother’s old house, the house i grew up in with my cousins. there was a swing set built by my grandfather whom i never got to meet awaiting for my grand mother and i. as we sat down onto the swings and started to sway back and forth, we started floating to the sky. i cannot explain the feeling i had felt floating into the sky. we then sat on a cloud. my grand mother looked at me one last time then kissed me on the cheek and slowly she started to drift away further into the sky. as i started to slowly be sucked back into reality. as i woke up from this lucid dream i had tears in my eyes because of the feeling i had felt experiencing this for the first time and being able to see my grand mother after all these years. it was surreal. thank you for helping me

Did you hear about astral projection? I never experienced it but it sounds like it (how real it felt, the fact you were sucked out into another kind of dimension, you met your loved ones that passed away, the heaviness on the chest) people say their arms and then legs feel like floating as they stop to feel them at all *not english speaking country disclaimer haha sorry for the mistakes if there are any* 🌷🌻🥀

I wanted to say that I have Ellhers Danlos Syndrome so I sleep ALOT. Like, at least 15hrs a day. I noticed a lot of the comments say they sleep really good with this and I did as well, but what shook me was that instead of sleeping 10-12hrs, I slept 8 and woke up ready to take on the day early!!!! I can’t remember the last time I could enjoy a morning coffee in the MORNING with the sunrise! THANK YOU!!! 🙏 I’ll come back and update as soon as I’m lucid 🙌

I have pretty bad anxiety and depression, and being able to lucid dream, and control the outcome for once, has really helped that. I'm able to stop a bad guy before they can get to me by believing with conviction and telling them "no, you can't touch me." My other favorite thing is flying, that is a completely different and wonderful sensation! Being able to choose how high, and how long I fly is magical! Lucid dreaming for me usually only happens after I wake up in the morning, eat a little food, then go back to sleep. Once I figure out I'm in a dream, which can happen by looking at a clock, because the time is never accurate, or looking in a mirror because your face won't look like you (creepy sounding, i know 🙃). I also need to believe with conviction that I can do the things I want to do, then just go for it. :) I'm really hoping that this video, will help me lucid dream at night more, and so far your videos have been able to knock me right out at night, so I have high hopes :) Sorry that was really long, I just wanted to share what has helped me, in case that benefits others while listening:)

My first listen to this video I had a very physical, loud and powerful vibrating in my head that I was able to move up and down my body, the feeling as it passed through my chest was unbelievable, I have never had anything so profound happen to me in my year or so of listening to these types of videos. I have no idea what happened but at the start I was terrified but once I surrendered to it I enjoyed it very much.

Mr O that's is when your body falls asleep and your mind is awake commonly referred to as vibrations. This happens when you are completely relaxed and from there you can do other cool things like astral projection you should look up videos on it it's really cool hope I helped

I took your advice Josh and it seems that it is the start of astral Projection, you must do other things to get out of your body there is a rocking technique among other things that help you to get out of your body. I haven't experienced the vibrating since, it rattled my teeth that time.

You sent vibrations throughout your body ina controlled manner. The brain and the heart can emit these kinds of waves. You probably were also releasing a brainwave that matches deeper sleep although you weren't entirely asleep.

I had a wonderful dream with this- I met my dad (who passed in 2013) and realised it was a dream. I then thought that he would be surprised at how my son has grown and next thing- I see my son walking past us so I called over to him and they embraced! That was so comforting- that’s made my day!

Uh so i dreamt that I sat up and my body was still on the bed, my dog still in hers sleeping peacefully. I started to hear laughter and singing so i followed the sound to my front door, i slowly opened the door and it was a bright light blinding me. Kind of looked like the entrance to my own personal heaven. I walked through the door and straight into a beautiful homey kitchen/dining. There was a woman standing over the stove humming a happy tune i watched her for a while until the sliding door behind the table opened and in stepped a tall man Brown hair, emerald green eyes and a little bit of stubble behind him came running a stunning little ray of sunshine, a girl that looked to be about 6 years old with long brown hair and honey hazel eyes. The man and the girl sat down at the table and were whispering to one another and giggling. I turn my attention back to the lady and my heart stops beating. She's at the kitchen counter serving breakfast onto the plates but that's not what shocked me, not one bit. My heart stopped when I took in her features, this wasnt just some lady this was and older version of myself. This was me, my family, my home. It was like I opened the curtain to the future or so i hope. She looked up from the plates and stopped humming, looked directly at me and whispered "wake up" i was pulled backwards out of the kitchen, the front door and into my room. Once i hit the bed i woke up gasping for air at 3:30am.

For anyone who thinks these aren’t powerful stuff pls rethink...the hardest part is coming out of your body...I always no matter how I try to resist from jumping out of my sleep and ride to top(out of body); I just can’t handle the jump...it’s like im being held down by someone or a force field around my body and I will try to cry out or pinch myself but nothing works till eventually I will just jump out of sleep with my heart beating rapidly...But this time I made up my mind and decided that I will just asked my God for divine protection and to keep me safe as I lucid dream; and so said; I drifted off and then the crazy feeling came at me full force...my legs began to rise rapidly up and down in the air and I keep hearing a fluttering sound as I fell my body shifting left right up and down, I was so scared but I new at this point it was the beginning of my lucid dream so I remembered clearly saying (I am safe; the divine energy protects me) and people let me tell you what happened next...I got up off my bed and I know this wasn’t my room and I walk to the window and it was just so beautiful outside so sunny and bright and I know this wasn’t my home or my room or my body because I turn away from the window and walk towards the other end of the room were all of a sudden a toddler just walked by my foot and I got scare in the lucid dream thinking I would be trapped in someone else’s body; but I began clearly saying; I am healthy; I am rich; I have money; and as I began to say money flows to me freely; I felt myself fading and then I woke up...Sorry for such I long comment but just wanted to share my experience with you all...

MEHEDY Hasan I don't know how this would help but I'll try my best to describe how I did it through words which you can actually act upon. So, I lay down. Surprisingly even without headphones on, I kept the volume up next to my ears and closed my eyes. I couldn’t do it at first because I was too caught up with all the subtle background noises all around but I just kept on trying to focus on the guy (the narrator) as if he was foretelling a story. Focusing only to him makes everything feels clearer. As if the background noises aren’t being paid attention by my ears. And then I start to "sleep" but not FULLY sleep. It's like having half of your consciousness asleep while the other, awake. So it's like building up a story in your mind until your subconscious actually turns you to a different story may it be of your liking or not BUT CAN STILL BE CONTROLLED. Ask more questions if there's still something unclear and I'll try my hardest to help.

I tried listening to this the other night having never tried sleep hypnosis before. I popped this track on for about 45 mins, turned it off and fell asleep. I had a very vivid lucid dream that night/morning where I went lucid and was holding my fathers hand while we flew around, then I started changing the colour of my entire dreamscape from purple, to blue, then intense yellow.. Very cool. Awesome content sir. Thanks for posting.

I did not have lucid dreams but I had very vivid whole night dreams that seamed so crystal clear and real. I would almost say it was reallity. In my first dream I dreamed about that I was sleeping as I actually did for real, someone or something grabbed me by my leg. I was so in schock that I started breathing fast (for real) but then I realised (in my dream) it was my loving ex that was comming to bad. I looked at her through the dark of the bedroom and was totally paralised and could not move. When I realised it was her I calmed down since I was happy to see her and feel the love and unity we once had. I wanted to see her more clearly and opened my eyes - this time for real and than I was sad because I realised I actually had just a vivid dream and I live alone and separated from my ex for 2 years already... As today is valentines day, it makes it all more strange. I continued to dream about the most adventureous dream sequences trough the night.... I dont remember when I had so much dreams aĺl in one night, that were so vivid and lifelike. Will try it again tonight and listen to this when I go to sleep. ;)

Hey guys! I watched this video along with others almost every night for months a few years ago, so I will update you guys on my experience with lucid dreaming and these guided meditation/hypnosis videos: I am ADD, so it's very hard for me to focus. Some people could listen to this once and focus enough to allow yourself to relax, but for the life of me I couldn't and had to train myself with these videos for a month or two. My dreams are very wild and vivid. They've always been since I was a child. I feel things, I see in great detail, and I also change perspectives of viewpoint on my dream often. So if I could do all that BEFORE learning to lucid dream, I knew I was in for a ride. Most videos will warn/tell/advise you to test things out in your dream when you manage to lucid dream. The most common thing they'll tell you is to flip a light switch. Now that I've been lucid dreaming for a few years, the light switch test does not work for me anymore and I had to quickly learn a new way to test whether or not I was awake. Nowadays, I find trying to lift a rug helps. Whenever I go to lift a rug, my hand goes right on through it. It's the strangest thing in the world, and what may work for me may not work for others, but my brain really does trick me that I'm in reality 24/7. If you have vivid nightmares, lucid dreaming may not be for you if you have a bad mindset. If you're strong enough, you can literally take control of the dream and switch everything around and turn your nightmare into the best dream in the world. Learn to try and test things for if things get too wild. The easiest is the light switch test imho, but LEARN TO TEST MORE THAN ONE THING. For me, lucid dreaming got rid of my sleep paralysis, but sometimes I'll shoot up from a dream if I fail to do a reality test and get too drawn in it, or I'll wake up in tears. Also, when you wake up, don't think of anything. IMMEDIATELY write down/remember your dreams. I kid you not if you remember things/worlds/people, you can revisit that place more often. You'll start to notice constants-- people who show up more often in your dreams, certain scenarios you have, places your in... Honestly, the experience is killer and takes time to "master." Sweet dreams everyone 💕

Thankssss, this sound so cool, I've been trying to lucid dream and all 2020 I've lived my dreams at the beach, I think it's a start? Once in some of those dreams I told my aunt: I'm coughing because right now I'm asleep at my bed and my throat is hurting. Which in fact it was hurting a little that night. I hope I can lucid dream on full experience more often but I'll keep practicing and I'm very excited!!

Last 6 months I couldnt recall a SINGLE dream, but the first time I listened to this particular audio, I was able to remember my dream in details. Then last night I played it again and 3h later I woke up and voice-recorded my dream. Took a glass of water, played the audio again from the beginning, fell asleep and when I woke up this morning I could remember another dream, thats absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much!
