I've been loving my JP Votum. I think it's numbers are true "out of the box". It's a bomber disc for a 7 speed and I get a nice subtle turn for some great distance before having a dependable fade at the end. I wish some of these runs of plastics were still readily available.

Yes. The Glow and the Neb Aura are very nice. Maybe we’ll have some more runs in the future.

Votums kicked out the fd2 a while ago but recently the Millennium Vela kicked out the votum. Still love the votum, the aura ones beat in are great hyzer flip with a reliable forward push

Awesome! Votum is a great choice.

Do you feel that the Votum is more overstable in general than the Teebird? I love using the Teebird for forehand drives, but sometimes it turns over in the wind and I'm looking for a similar 7 speed that will resist turning over. The flight chart I use shows the Votum and Teebird fly almost identical.

I love using the Votum on forehands. I tend to release it on a little bit of a hyzer and it flips up a little and has a nice stable finish. I never really liked the Teebird in a forehand, but the Votum is nice. If I need more stability or speed then I move up to the Coalesce, which is like a thunderbird. I hope that helps.

The matt bell one. Looked more stable than the ethos and James one. Could have been the wind. If I get one it will be the ethos just hard to replace my dx thunderbirds.

Ethos Votum is my favorite for sure.

How would you compare the Votum to the Coalesce?

Coalesce is basically a longer Votum. So the relationship from a Votum to a Coalesce is like the relationship between a Teebird and a Thunderbird. Does that help?

@@ryanl6552 Votum is going to require a little less power then the Coalesce, which means you can throw similar lines but with more accuracy. If you already love the Coalesce you will like the Votum. You may even find yourself reaching for that Votum more.

@PartTimeDiscGolf I have the Thomas Gilbert Nebula Ethereal Coalesce and it's actually less stable than I expected. Pushes straight for a long time. Great disc though. I'll have too snag a Votum to go with it

I find my Ethereal more understable than the Nebula Ethereal but could be the difference in weight.

True. I have 2 ethereal and the other one (not in the video) is more beat in and more understable. I decided to go with the fresh new one for the video.
