Their most underrated song imo. This song is so sultry and groovy it's crazy. All those bass and drum fills, killer chords, stellar vocals, that modulation for the outro and the horns. Some of their best playing to me. The maturity of this track, that deep groove, the subdivisions in the fills, the arrangement, I love it.

Lovely reaction! Dirty Loops deserves all your praise, and it is so nice hearing that you appreciate them so much! I agree with Linus's recommendations, but I also think you might enjoy their short and sort of fun pieces from Songs for lovers, only instrumental (mostly Aron and Henrik having fun, Jonah joins them in Coffee break is over, very not serious, but still amazingly good of course). Don't forget to read the credits (some silly stuff is too Swedish for you to pick up on, but most silliness is quite international, like skin care by that dude in Star Wars with not so nice skin).

Soooo glad you got into Dirty Loops. I knew both of you would. I got into them prolly 10 years ago when they were covering bands on KZread and self promoting and was telling all my musician friends they were gonna be big someday. I was a touring musician at the time. Hung out with them in San Francisco a few years back and they are as nice as they are talented. Keep up the great work on your channel. Great stuff. Cheers!

Yes, it is real and they sound like this live as well. (And regarding Jonahs voice, he does not even consider that as his first instrument, because that is the piano. His voice have been analyzed in many different ways on Internet. I do not want to spoil anything, because you have not heard "Hit me" as far as I know.) @@nikelodeon6852 Whatever your point is, it is not interesting because they do sound like this live. And of course, you do not have a clue, how much power and energy it takes to sing on his level. And he is a piano player first of all. It all started when Aron asked him at university if he could sing a bit. The rest is history.

@@milesdust3465 Either you're blind or haven't seen their concerts...doesn't matter if he learnt piano first, he barely plays it live. As for 'energy' he has the option of not running around and dancing while singing to save energy. They also sound like this because of backing tracks and session musicians. So no longer a 3 person band.

You two do such great reactions to Dirty Loops. Jonah sings with so much soul. The singer Jonah Nilsson's newest solo album has some truly killer tracks on it. Personal favs of mine are "Coffee Break" and "Bad". I think either of these would make for a dynamite reaction. Watch out for "Coffee Break" though as once you listen to it you'll probably find yourself singing it for the rest of the day.

As I said before, you’re the best reactors! Your focus on the music, the muting while the music plays..so enjoyable. So you got two DL albums, “Loopified” and “Phoenix”. One album in collaboration with Cory Wong, “Turbo”. Jonah Nilsson, the singer/keyboardist, got his solo album “Now or Never”. And of course lots of stuff not on albums, like the incredible covers they began with some 11-12 years ago, and Aron and Henriks KZread instrumental side project “Songs for lovers”. And it’s all amazing! Every single song.

The singer, Jonah, doesn't quite regard himself as a singer. When asked about what he would choose if he had to choose between singing and keyboard, he said keyboard. That said, both parents are church musicians, and he's been singing in church choirs, but never thought of himself as a solo singer. In the early days, Aaron had started playing with Henrik, and then approached Jonah and asked if he could sing. "I think so", was apparently his answer. It's Jonah alone who performs most choir backings. Super-talented, just like Aaron and Henrik.
