That's a cool tool for sure!
The Saran wrap slows the rubber curing process down. Keeping the tires cleaner is an added benefit but not the main reason for it.
Is that the mount slide bar from all star performance or did you have to make that bar for the scythe tool??
Did you have to buy a mount in order to use the tire scythe on the All star tire machine?
We use the needle roller on rally ice and snow tires to help trap any unfrozen water on top of any ice sheet. How does the needle roller help with dirt?

@@OldNo7Garage Is this something all teams do at your typical local track? I'm not sure I have seen this before after scuffing. Do you do that between heats as well after you scuff them down again?
how does that tire compare to G60?
Whats that hoosier model tire?
What is the brand of your tire machine and the attachment with the different blades. We are looking to try to get 1 instead of doing by hand.

@@OldNo7Garage I race karts and I'm sure you have probably seen or heard guys talk about the prep on them. It just wears me out. And when you try and escape it and go treaded instead of slicks their still prepping them.

All we have to do is grind and sipe. No grooving, no tire prep. It’s not too bad
I hate the fact that the music is ten times louder than your talk. I couldn't care less about the music.
