    Thanks so much! Low and slow is always better, but you can cook some good ribs fast if you know what you are doing.

    I asked you to make direct cooked ribs. Thanks for the video! Ribs looked GUUUD! Kinda more like a pork chop texture?

    That’s right, it was you…. Thanks for the suggestion! Yes, like a properly cooked chop. With the ribs, you need to get those temps up to the 195-205 degree mark so the meat and fat will break down and become tender. Low and slow does a better job of that, but it can be done fast too. It just has a different bite. It’s still good though. I hope that made sense! Lol
