Yes , true . Sadly is so hard to get R2R tapes in such quality . This one is near copy from vinyl production mastertape .

Since these tracks are playing thru YT and my desk PC system and it sounds this good, I can't imagine how dynamic without being harsh this system must be in person. Great job on your build!

@@Audiofilas might make a good project. Building speakers is a lot harder than a person would think . I listen to Klipsch horns three way designed horn speakers but yours sound Great. I’ve been rocking Klipsch for over 30 years and I do love them . They are big but I built a listening room for them and a set of Klipsch Belle’s. I’ll probably die with these. I am very Happy with them. The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence ! In my case I know it . Thanks, keep the good work up.

Yes , sounds pretty good :) . Typically its 5 way , but Murata supertweeter is disconnected for a moment , amplifier redesign process :) .

Even through you tube, you can hear the sharpness (not necessarily in a good way) of the cd. The r2r sounds more organic. More musical. Surprised that it is as discernable as it is through you tube. Even though the cassette is wrong speed, it will have a higher wow and flutter and higher distortion than the r2r if it was the correct speed. But a lot of fun to hear. Thx.

Can't tell the difference between R2R and CD - both sound very good! Yeah, slower speed on MC disqualifies it from competition, unfortunately...

The first for me the fist is best but I wouldn't throw either one out of bed for eating chips

Taip kasetinio greitis kiek per letas , pastebejau tik montuodamas video . Kai turi ~20 kasetiniu , lengva nesuziureti :) . Kita kart busiu atidesnis .

This album has so many CD releases, that imho it's possible to find the best sounding. MC is a car audio. Always was it. I don't consider 4k eurs investment into ASC somehow beneficial. It's better to buy a hundred of kilometers of a new tape instead.

@@Audiofilas That's true. I threw away some money for Sony's MC, and understand you. Much less of course. Depends on possibilities, your are right. But still that's damned 100 reels! =)

Is this a joke? Why MC sounded slower? Was the turntable speed not accurate? The other two sources sounded similar.

No jokes , just wrong external speed potentiometer adjustment after playing too fast recorded MC .

R2R sounds better to me. Fuller sound.

Studer A810 has an transformer at line signal output . That adds kinda some "fat" into sound . That's can be one of reasons why it sounds different compared to CD . But nothing is free , some transparency is lost ...
