This is my favorite Dimmu Borgir song. The strings and the deep voice in the beginning and at the end of the song sound so utterly evil.

Helllll yes, glad you two loved it! Means a lot, because this album truly is an intense, beautiful masterpiece, and I love every track on it. Not a flaw to be heard. Fast, complex, precise drumming from Nick Barker, beautiful clean singing and bass from Vortex, majestic synth and keys from Mustis and Shagrath, twisted vocals from Shagrath, sharp aggressive riffs (and some solos) from Galder, and excellent rhythm guitar from Silenoz. Very cool lyrics from Shagrath and Silenoz. If you guys want to do more from this album, then I HIGHLY recommend "IndoctriNation" (track 7). It doesn't have the clean singing but it's an intense ride with incredible drumming. Or, "Sympozium" for more intensity with a lot of orchestra, as well as more clean singing. The weirdest track on the album is "Architecture of a Genocidal Nature, it's a trip, haha. The vocal effects are surreal. This album just has a really atmospheric/majestic aura to it (takes you to another dimension, if your eyes are closed) that no other album has replicated, to my knowledge. Released in 2001, I discovered it in 2007, and it's still my favourite album of music. Thanks so much!
