DIMASH can sing and does sing in many genres of music. More than a singer, he is a composer, actor, dancer, multi-instrumentalist, his voice now is deeper yet maintains the upper range also. He is a great humanitarian, and all around nice guy, with a worldwide legion of fans in the tens of millions. German tv selected him as the genius in the music field due to his innovations in music and his management of his music company DIMASHALI. This video you just wached of DIMASH took place in China and overnight he was a star when 600 million people went on line and shut down the interent in China trying to find out about him. Next day he woke up with bodyguards assigned to him. He is not known as well as he should be in the US, but his concert in Dec. 2019 in the US was a sell out, more people attended his concert, than the previous concert of Beyonce.

@@andreso7070 "Give me your Love" a song written by DIMASH performed at NYC Dec.2019 shows him dancing with one of his dancers named Karina. There also is a salute to Michael Jackson where he dances and does the moonwalk also. Chinese Actor Jackie Chan , gave some dance moves and DIMASH was a willing pupil, he helped to improve DIMASH's dancing. Be With Me on his digital show has him dancing with 2 women. Not many dears recommend these videos as they are jealous of Dimash sensual dancing with these women. DIMASh even apologized to the dears as he knew they would be jealous.

Video linked below. The only mainstream genres I haven't heard Dimash sing are country, punk and heavy metal. At the end of his NYC concert, he performed his single, Screaming. A bit before that, he did some R&B runs (melisma). Then he starts the song with jazz scatting. In the middle of the song, he raps. Then when runs into the audience, he scats some more. Dimash is the best singer in the world, and popular world-wide. He decided to go his own way and be independent, which does affect how well-known he is especially in America. I would recommend "Stranger" next, and you'll see more of his range and how he handles a rock style song.

Dimash's range is 6 octaves and 8 semitones, with the highest note recorded live being a D8. That note is off the piano, and he sustained it for several seconds, with what I think I recognized as vibrato. It literally sounded like a kettle whistle. Not the type of note you'd want in a song very often, hence why you don't hear it used very much. He sometimes does do a whistle tone during his performance of the Diva Dance, to ENHANCE to improve on the performance on the blue alien lady of The 5th Element (with Bruce Willis)! He's been training his voice AND performance every day since the age of 5, and used that training to sing in over a dozen languages and sing in several genres (Opera, Classical, Pop, Rock, Traditional Ethnic, Rap). You guys owe it to yourselves to go down this rabbit hole as Dimash is considered the best vocalist of his generation, and by the time he's done he will have set a new standard of vocal technical prowess. Oh, did I forget to mention he's incredibly humble and sweet? He's what I call an anti-Diva, and we dears love him most for that!

I wanted to add, he’s incredibly well known all over the world with fan clubs in 150ish countries. The only market that won’t let him become known in is the US. He has far too much musicality, is far too good in skill to easily be viral. He doesn’t do anything trivially. But most importantly he will not sign with any production company. He’s fiercely independent and won’t be controlled by anyone. He has his own company called DimashAli Creative Centre, and the production values there are second to none.

Dimash is sooooo good!! He doesn't just sing, he gives you an out of this world experience. People from more than sixty countries attend his concerts, it is a privilege to see him live. On December 10, 2019, his "Arnau tour concert" was in New York, at the Barclays Center. Bravo Dimash!! 💐💐💐💐💐💐💐

@@MySkaarj ooooh yes he can... listen closely, there are small jazzy add-ons and melismas in a lot of his live performances (I personally love them very much), take many of his performances of 'Know'/'Znay' for example. Besides, Dimash actually holds a formal degree in Jazz Singing...👌as well as in Bel Canto.

Dimash will not be controlled and compromise his music just for fame and fortune and many have tried for that control. He is the judge, jury and the executioner of his own music and his fans wouldn't have it any other way. If he is owned its by his fans and that's reciprocal. We are dear to him and he to us and we protect him as he is the true one world treasure.

Thanks for your reaction guys! Dimash is trained in both classic and contemporary music. He plays several instruments, but mainly piano and he compose his own music. His carisma and stage presence are impressive. But about all, Dimash has mastered his gorgeous voice in all his registers and textures to sing straight to your soul. He's comparable to none. This video is in the talent TV show The singer (2017) in China. He was only 22 and there are many songs to react to in this program, like Adagio or Queen's The show must go on, both in (a not so perfect) English and mind-blowing! But brace yourselves, now he's much better! Try Stranger (2021) Other songs - Sinful Passion, Olimpico, Across Endless Dimensions, even a Power Rangers' song version . Stranger was composed for Dimash by Igor Krutoy and is in English. One of his newest songs El Amor en Ti was composed by Dimash it is in Spanish. He did the OST for China’s Power Ranger movie. If you want a cheeky and fun song Be with Me composed by Dimash is unique. I would suggest the MV for that. Story of one sky is a song that took him 3 years to complete with the MV. Which speaks to his desire to see a world without war. There really are no bad choices. Dimash offers something for everyone.

Thank you for discovering Dimash and welcome to a beautiful world of music. Dimash is a 29-years old singer from Kazakhstan and believe me, you’ve seen nothing at all. In my opinion you have discovered the best singer in the world. He has perfect pitch and currently has a vocal range of 6 octaves. Not in one song (mostly anyway😅). However, if you include the notes he has sung live in his concerts so far, you get almost 8 octaves (7.7 from vocal fry C1 (B0) to the whistle register D8; this note is no longer on the piano). At least that's what he's shown us so far. And that in all registers. His voice is the result not only of his God-given talent, but also of his almost 25 years of hard daily training. From the age of 5 he attended music school in his hometown of Aktobe. He plays several instruments like piano, dombra (a kazach instrument), drums, marimba and more. He has classical as well as contemporary vocal training and sings in different genres from opera to pop, jazz, Kazakh folk, ballads and he even raps a bit. And often he skillfully mixes several genres in one song. Mainly classic and pop, so he created a new crossover genre. And meanwhile in more than 10 languages. The latest songs (from Tokyo Jazz Festival in November 2021) are Ikanaide in Japanese and at his concert in Almaty on September 23, 2022 he sang a new song in Spanish (about 7 languages in one concert!). And at his concert in Yerevan on April 29, 2023, he sang an Armenian folk song for the first time (it has to be about 15 or 16 languages so far). FYI, in this song, the lowest note is not the lowest Dimash can hit, neither the highest, the highest. Dimash is in a category of his own in terms of voice control, technique etc... but he is also a consummate performer. If you want to hear the whole shebang of his abilities, you must react to one of his latest composition MV called "The Story of One Sky". Also, Dimash is VERY well known around the world and a huge celebrity in many countries. Whenever he goes on tour, his fans fly in from over 60 countries to attend his performances. When his first album came out in China, it went platinum within 37 seconds and 5 times more before the day was over. Dimash has not (yet) signed up with the American musical industry because he wants to retain full control of his work. It would seem David Forster and Dimash are currently working on something but the future will tell what it is.

I hope a US tour happens. Seeing him in person would be a bucket list item. I've seen many "reactions" to Dimash and it's interesting; they will rave about him and his technical skill, etc., but his performance level and stage command is also unsurpassed. Further, I don't know that I've heard any of them say this categorically, but I will; he's simply the best vocalist on the planet.

He's also an incredibly skilled composer with a master's degree in composition. His own compositions like War and Peace, The Story of One Sky, El Amor En Ti and his latest Omir (meaning Life, where he strips it back to a simplicity and rawness not heard from him before) are incredible works and prove that what he composes for himself is far better than the many songs written especially for him. To answer your question about what he's doing now? He moved to the US in March and is currently working on a new album with the help of Walter Afanasieff, Nathan Wang and David Foster. He's currently writing and recording the soundtrack for the latest Jackie Chan movie and is in China for the next month where his last post on Instagram was from Jackie's recording studio in Beijing.

And as it's apparently all about the music industry it's probably necessary that he gets some experience of that from the west too. Are you sure he is working with David Foster? I haven’t heard any confirmation on that. I just saw that they met at breakfast back in February.

I discovered Dimash in 2017 when this video went viral and I have spent the last six-plus years immersing myself in everything he has ever sung, danced or acted in. I have led a long, music obsessed life, but once Dimash entered it all the most important music of my life became far less important. There is no one else like him, nor as talented, nor as vocally stunning and creative. These days it's all Dimash, all the time. I concur with those who suggest you check out "Stranger," (the original New Wave performance) sooner rather than later. It will give you an even better idea of his vocal range.

what people always forget is Dimash ages at that time : he was only 22 years old !! So much skills, abilities, works, presence, voice, etc...

Dimash is world renowned, he won’t sign a contract with the west because he wants control over what he sings from opera, to pop, to rock (he’s an incredible rock singer), to folk, to rap. He has been working on a new project with David Foster in LA recently, we don’t know what it is yet! He sings in 13 languages and he sings in English a lot. His most amazing original song in English imo is Stranger where he sings F in 5 different octaves. My favourite performance is the premier of this song at New Wave 2021. You won’t believe how much better he is today, than what you just watched!!! The performance of SOS you just watched is not even his best performance of that song, imo!

Beyond that, what impressed me most about him was when he withdrew from a televised competition he was set to win because they had young children competing as well and he is against using children in the media.

Dimash, a gifted, brilliant, talented, independent, intelligent and worldly young artist. My personal favourite gem, is Love Is Like A Dream written by Igor Krutoy (mega mogul, Russian composer and music icon). Igor wrote many songs for Dimash, another favourite of mine is Passione (exquisite).

Young guy from Kazakhstan, singing in French to a Chinese audience. And, he had them in tears. First time the World saw Dimash. His lower register is so much better now. Try "Sinful Passion" or "Love is like a Dream".

Gentlemen.. Look outside America, UK and Europe for the best singers now. We have sat on our Laurels. There is Dimash, Hua Chenyu (Rock, Rap, Reggae, Folk, Pop, SynthPop, Electronic, Broadway, Ballads....), KZ Tandingan, Cakra Khan, Marcelito Pomoy, Jane Zhang, Sohyang, Vitas, Polina Gagarina.... and on and on. There are videos of ordinary public from Philippines singing Karaoke in shopping malls, and they are spectacular. We sold out for Hip Hop, Rap and Helium voiced females. In fact watch Jessie J on Chinese show "Singer 2018". Never heard her sound better. The Music team they surround singers with, just got superb performances out of the singers. Watch Hua Chenyu do "Nunchucks" (not in my Top 60 Hua Chenyu Performance, but good, fun intro to SOME of his abilities.

I too love Dimash, and have for years!!!! “DEARS” I too love BTS,”AMY”. My family has always made fun of me, 6 children, 8 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild!!!! I have a sticker on my car that says “I my be old, but I got to see all the cool bands!” Back to Dimash, as a person he is the best , humblest, person!!! By the way, he also loves MJ. And he can moon walk!!!! (Fun fact)

Sinful Passion shows off the most versatility in Dimash's voice.

This song is Dimash's calling card, and a fantastic introduction to his singing abilities. It is not, however, the full scope of his abilities. In my opinion, the song that showcases the majority of his talent is The Story of One Sky. It is not only an incredibly intense song, but the accompanying video is a powerful visual experience that everyone needs to experience. It's a true masterpiece.

Dimash, the vocal king, the best vocalist in the world. Stranger is a must see, it is his original English song. He is famous worldwide and just got better and better. Subbing for more Dimash❤

He's currently in contact with David Foster. If you'd like to hear his current work, "Stranger" would be a good one. But then again, he is doing things that even outlevels that already. He is improving and surprising everybody with each new performance. You haven't heard anything yet, this was just a little warming up for him 😂 And guys, just because the US doesn't know him doesn't mean that he is not world famous. China has quite some population as well 😜 Experiencing a live concert of Dimash goes beyond everything, it's truly mindblowing to see him running on stage and do 4 hour concerts without his voice getting less or him getting tired 😅

Great reaction guys!!! If I’m not wrong this is the first time Dimash has been called AI 😂 … Dimash is the Most Skilled Vocalist ever!!! Technically and artistically that’s a fact. His versatility, wide range, stage presence, performance, background, technique, creativity, powerful and beautiful voice makes him all in one 🔝🔝🎤❤️🌹 The Singer , it was a Chinese show for highly respected singers to compete, Dimash was the only non Chinese singer invited because the producer saw him perform for the Chinese and Kazakh presidents and was very impressed. He is from Kazakhstan and was the youngest ever competitor in 2017 at only 22 years old. This was his first performance on the show and the audience went wild for him. When the show was broadcast on tv he had to have bodyguards for the first time in his life as he had become a superstar overnight in China. Dimash is a world class artist from Kazakhstan, turned 29 on the 24th of May but touring the world to sell out arenas with his solo concerts, he also performs in concerts with the famous Ukrainian/Russian composer Igor Krutoy, is constantly collecting awards, attends many prestigious red carpet events, film festivals and even models for lots of high end fashion houses. THIS was a few years ago, Dimash has improved his range immensely since this show and sings in many many languages! he plays concerts all over the world (I am hoping to get to one) He sings in English, maybe try STRANGER, it's more recent, it's sung in English and it is live. Also Under One Sky is a MUST, composed by Dimash, sung by Dimash and as it is a music video, Dimash highlights his amazing acting skills AND he sings in English.

Dimash does have over a 7 octave range today. This was 6 years ago when he had a 6 octave range. He regularly sings songs with a 4 1/2 octave range today.

You've only scratched the surface of Dimash's capabilities. His range in songs I've heard goes from B2 to D8 (off the piano and higher than Mariah Carey). He sang the Alien pop opera song from Fifth Element. The song Stranger was written exclusively for him (covers nearly five octaves). Sings in 12 languages, plays multiple instruments. His rendition of Michael Jackson's song, Billie Jean was flawless. He sings all genres. Recommend you review Sinful Passion and be prepared to be blown away. Ogni Petra he sings pop opera as both male and female solo artist. His rendition of "Hello" will blow you away and there are many more. No one can touch his capabilities.

Totaly agree with you. Each song is unique sung by him. Covers or his own songs. He can sing everything. Nothing resists him. Moreover, he does it with a disconcerting naturalness, without apparent effort. Stéphane( from France )❤😊

The more I watch reviews, the more I appreciate Dimash. The more I read what there is about him (his training, his education, his family, his love for country et al) the more I know what a remarkable human being he is. I love music (except rap), but Dimash is bringing a talent that is so needed in the world. Read the lyrics of his songs. Age 78, female.

Dimash posee un fandom mundial de todas sus plataformas de mas de 2.000 millones de seguidores ....el es una estrella consagrada en Asia, Europa del Este y los países arábicos...sus conciertos son llenos totales y te contare que varios vocal couch, entendidos en la música y youtuber lo han visto en vivo y dicen que en vivo se escucha aún mejor ,su repertorio es amplio a mi me cautivo su timbre de voz ...por ende me gusta tods su musica la cual es increíble...un concierto de Dimash es pasar por todos los géneros musicales,por todos los registrs,etc.... Dimash en concierto es un espectáculo....se come el escenario y como persona un cantante digno de destacar,humilde , sencillo y aterrizado...no es popular ya que su musica no lo es pero di es el mejor en la actualidad.... 2 mil millones de seguidores dear?, eso no es la realizada, lo que pasa es que los dears lo seguimos en todo lo que encontramos de él. En Spotify tiene un poco más de 245 mil oyentes por mes, en You Tube apenas pasa de los 2 millones y es su cuenta más exitosa, eso te parece cerca de los 2 mil millones? cuánto tarda en llegar a un millón sus lanzamientos? una semana los más exitosos, tres meses o más los otros. No dear, no nos engañemos y no le hagamos daño, los pocos que somo tenemos que colaborar y no pasar tanto tiempo viendo reacciones.

También en las plataformas Rusas tiene seguidores. En fin quiero decir, que donde le cuesta mas es en Occidente, que son las plataformas que has mencionado, en las que las Dears de America y Europa tenemos más trabajo!!! En Occidente tiene esos supcriptores y si por el calibre de cantante tendrìa que tener muchos màs pero en Oriente es muy conocido tiene 2000 supcriptores allà son otras redes sociales no esta You Tube, lo amo,siempre escuho su mùsica!!! Desde Argentina !!!

@ Exacto !! en China , Rusia , y países de allá es una mega estrella ! porque lo es , en latam cada día es mas conocidos , pero siempre pasa con los genios ! yo lo escucho hace mas de 5 años y claro lo que se escucha ahora es mas bien seudo música de seudos artistas , todo envasado , ahora con un pc cualquiera cree ser cantante , pero Dimash es otro nivel , no tiene comparación alguna , canta y hace lo que quiere , es maravilloso !
