Dill Piccolo
With help from Bernard "Weird Beard", I managed to get myself a actual dill piccolo! This is actually a whistle that is in the shape of a piccolo that was given away as a Burger King Prize.

Dr. Schickele had a penchant for inventing goof instruments like the Tromboon, Double Reed Music Stand, Lasso D'Amore... So this green thing in the shape of a pickle fits his incredible imagination.
