The words of Allama Iqbal combined with the magical voice of Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, a disciple of the legendary Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, creates music that is indeed a treat to the soul.This poetry is a Harf e Raz of Kalam e Iqbal, verses in this music video has been arranged brilliantly, and listening to it creates a very deep state of spiritual passion and joy.
➡️Sir Muhammad Iqbal محمد اقبال is a Muslim poet, philosopher and politician from Punjab, whose poetry in Urdu and Persian is considered to be among the greatest of the modern era. His works have been translated into many languages including English. It was him whose vision of an independent state for the Muslims of British India was to inspire the creation of Pakistan.
➡️Apart from being an influential personality, Iqbal’s connection to the esoteric was also unquestionable. His love ❤️ and respect for the prophet (pbuh) has elevate him to great spiritual stations. Iqbal’s love for the Prophet has become proverbial. His visitors have related almost unanimously that whenever there was discussion about the Prophet, Iqbal was deeply touched and tears would begin to flow from his eyes involuntarily. In one of his letters, Iqbal says about the Prophet: “It is my belief that the Prophet is still alive and the people of this age can get inspiration from him as his Companions did during his mortal life.
➡️In Asrar-e-Khudi 📕 he spoke of the love for the Prophet in relation to the development of the individual. It is through love, he says, that the Self is made “more lasting, more living, more burning, more glowing”

Still listening to this on a regular basis. Iqbals poetry brings clarity to the world and patience in restlessness to the heart. A quiet storm is always brewing in his verses. Both unsettling and reassuring all at once. Truly and utterly profound. Ya RABB, a thousand thanks for the message that inspired his speech and the heart which stirs upon hearing it. Truly the Shah of Urdu poetry, even greater than Mir and Ghalib for me.
Every line is a masterpiece. Always inspiring ,loving❤

Oh thank you guys. This is awesome. I have sometimes even asked my Pakistani friends but found a lot of them do not understand poetic Urdu, many can't read it either.
