Buffalo’s picks will always be in the later picks of each round because they are a good team. Why would you want to do this? Does’t make any sense! Stay at nine, we need a blue chipper.

Chop might still be there at #28. And getting a WR at #60 wouldn’t be bad. And two first next years still sounds nice.

Bears could trade down between 10-20, but I think it’s likely they make the pick if one of these guys are available: Turner, Alt, Odunze, and maybe Verse.

If we go down to like 10-12 maybe I find it hard to believe any of these guys make it to like 14 or beyond it would require a few head scratcher picks for us to get one of those guys

I do not see either team making that trade. The Bills did not trade Diggs with the hope of moving up and especially giving up an extra 1 and 2 for a WR. If they had saved a bunch on cap space perhaps but it literally cost them more against the cap to trade him. I can see them sitting tight and picking a WR then perhaps a second at 60. You never trade someone like Diggs with just a hope. They have a plan.

I'm really blown away at how much talk this offseason around the supposed need to upgrade OT. Our higher priority needs are DE WR C and DT so much that OT shouldn't even be in the conversation. If Braxton really underperformed last season, it would have been a bigger new story. It wasn't. OT can be reevaluated in 2025 after we fill much higher priority needs.

I disagree, we have no depth at OT st all. DL has some depth. Our OL was 26th in the league last year.

I would make that trade. Let's see if Scott takes that 2nd year jump.

Man that’s tough bc all of top name d line men will be gone even latu but that 2025 1st rounder is appealing

Assuming Harrison is gone at 9 then if Alt, Nabers or Odunze is there we have to take one of them. If we trade down then 20-22 range is about as far back as I would want to go. We have to get a difference maker with that second 1st rd pick. Trading into teens and getting Brian Thomas, Verse or Fashanu while picking up a 2nd or 3rd would be my second option.

Our defense is ascending and with Jackson leaving and the new more durable and consistent safety we picked up I feel good with our D. The offense needed the most attention.

If Odunze is available at 9 I would NOT make the trade with Buffalo.

I’d rather see the Bears select Malik Nabers because I strongly believe he’s going to be the best receiver to come out of this very good class.

Only trade down if WR's Nabers/Odunze and Ends Verse/Turner are all gone before 9. 28 is a little too far back, try to stay inside 20 if possible.

Poles got Gordon, Brisker, Dexter and Stevenson in the 2nd round. Gordon and Brisker are well on their way to play past their rookie contract in the league. Dexter and Stevenson, I have good hope, but it's been only one year. No draft steal of the year, but certainly not a bad track record. Would he get a next level player at 9? Maybe. But if he trades down, I have confidence that he got enough players he likes on his draft board do get young players that will help the team.

I don't like it because Buffalo drafts too late-based on the mock drafts that I've seen, the Bears will have Odunze available at 9, and if he isn't Joe Alt or their choice of edge rusher will be. Those three options are too good to pass up on.

Jared Verse at the 9th pick he is the best edge rusher we need to make this defense the best we can because our offense seems to be stacked if there are no injuries so Verse is the pick here to help Sweat out and he has raw power and speed. Don’t fk it up Poles

What if Bears do that trade and get WR Legette and then DE Adisa Isaac? That would be interesting and more attractive to me. Keep in mind, Allen is 32 yrs old, is under a 1 yr deal and misses games. Moore is only under contract through 2025. Bears could really use a stud young WR on a rookie contract. I'd rather stay at 9 and draft Bowers or BTJ.

The problem with that trade is remembering what the browns got with that trade. How much did it help them. First they went from 4-12 to 5-11 gross Phil Taylor and Greg little who were out of the league in 4 years. Gross. Following year, Brandon weeden and jmj and others. All gross. Sure, different team and different situation but going back that far and giving a playoff team a weapon doesn't help the bears draft stock. Trade for picks in the future with teams who suck. Not good ones. That's a fat Tuesday no. But worth discussing amoung fans.
