I like the efficiency match it's more clear.

The 2 4 2 2 is similar what Inter was play in build up when is goal kick under Antonio Conte in 3 5 2 formation. Here is one example how to build up when is goal kick in 4 3 3 formation. Two centrebacks split wide and left back occupatio position like left centreback. Left winger goes on the touch line, striker play between the fullback and centreback on that side. And defensive midfielder and right central midfielder form double pivot,left central midfielder push higher between the lines. Right winger goes on striker position. There is asymmetrical 3 5 2 formation in build up fase
