We all know that person that thinks something they consume in large amounts will cure/prevent EVERYTHING. It might be Vitamin C, some essential oil. Fresh peppermintwas all the rage last year. Apparently, it kills EVERY insect AND cures EVERY human ailment...or it DID.🤔😏.

Telling Jameson to “speak up and tell the doctors exactly what's wrong” when it’s time but also telling Jameson to "shussshhhh” when the doctor comes in the room. 😂😂 such a mom move.

Lol my mom was so anti junk food when I was a kid in the 70s and 80s---the prime time of processed sugary treats disguised as healthy--that the ONLY way she would buy pop tarts was if the plain, brown sugar and cinnamon were in stock. When me brother and I complained she let is put butter on it---but not too much. Unlike the video though we had to do it ourselves. Lmao

Lmao I LOVE putting butter on a poptart and never realized it was a controversial thing until the Family Guy episode - Peter did a whole song “have you tried butter on a poptart? It’s so freakin good!” And my husband commented that sounded disgusting 🤯😱 I was flabbergasted - I thought butter on a hot poptart was the norm. But if I’m a hurry just eat cold out the package on-the-go 😜😅🤣

As an ER Doctor I can confirm these as accurate. 1:15 is lovingly known as “manflu”. The mom at 2:09 is the WORST!

I'm actually the "wife at the doctor". 😳 My husband will ask me to make him an appointment, but when he gets there, he refuses to tell the doctor everything he's been complaining _to me_ about. He also forgets to ask important follow-up questions. I _try_ to keep my mouth shut, but sometimes I have to intervene. If I'm not going to the doctor with him, I'll give him a list of his symptoms and questions to ask. When he gets home, I'll ask "what did the doctor say about..." and he'll say "I forgot to ask". And then I'm like, "How? I gave you a list! You've been complaining about it for weeks!" It makes me nuts. 🤪 And this is nothing new. We've been married 31 years and it's always been this way. Why do men do this?

When Trey washed up to his shoulder I lost it 😂😂😂😂😂 And every man was great. And "I cheated on my wife with Brad." This whole video had me rolling. Great job guys!

This was well-written, well acted and funny. Many of my friends take more pills than the dosage on the bottle. I do the natural remedy thing. My dad said cough drops take care of a cold. I also take Pepto.

@@EA28RN my mom is a nurse so I think she rubbed off on me in that way lol. I don’t take mine to the doctor unless they’ve had a fever for several days that won’t break and something like ear pain, suggesting there’s an infection. But I also “treat the symptoms, not the number” when it comes to fever. So the parents who rush to get antibiotics for every sniffle probably think I’m crazy 😂

I’m a nurse and I once took my kid for a giant rash and the doctor asked how long he’d had it. It had been over a month. I told him I once saw a shirt that said nurses don’t take their kids to the doctors unless they’re dying. He wasn’t amused 😂

Glad I'm not the only one. The fam thinks I wash up to the shoulder lol but they exaggerate.

My first husband was such a baby when sick and was hypochondriac. When he had a cold once, I totally went into nurse-mom mode. Orange juice, popsicles, Advil. But, when I had a horrible winter cold, that man barely came near me. No orange juice, no popsicles.

In the early days of the pandemic when they first said people were losing their sense of smell, I would spray cologne when I felt like I couldn’t smell something 😂

The man cold is a real thing. My husband can get the same thing we had but his is always worse. I once found him curled up on the floor saying he was dying 🙄😂 I just had the same thing and took care of the family. I asked if I should call his mommy. 😂😂😂

This is why when I had my Covid shots I exaggerated my symptoms. Did I feel icky? Sure. But not as bad as I pretended. I was like “I’m so tired I just can’t move 😩” 😂. Of course this is the first time I did it. Before it was harder as I was a wimp and my kids were younger. But it was glorious

I want to be a big baby. Inside I am. Like today I gave a killer migraine. Been on verge of tears all day. But still had to forge through work, get son at school. Deal with his crabbiness rn. Figure out what to feed family. Pick up hubby at work. So it’s not that I don’t feel it. It’s inability. Hubby of course can. Because he has me. I wanna give in and do nothing 😢

The mom at the doctor thing got a laugh out of me because my mom's a nurse and it was always interesting to listen to her and my doctor talk with medical terms and I'd just sit there waiting for a simplified explanation

I constantly talk about my injuries/colds like somehow talking about it a lot will heal me faster...

This is perfect timing because I am currently sick but I refuse to believe I am sick and continue through with my day as if I am not in pain👍🏻😄

Oh my gosh I'm dead at the "mom at the doctor" one XD

The "literally every guy" is soooo accurate! 🤣 We all just got over having COVID (including our 2 year old daughter), and I'm 6 months pregnant. Hubby would be in bed all day and not do anything... meanwhile I'm sick with COVID too AND pregnant, yet somehow I was the only one who was able to manage taking care of and soothing our 2 year old who was also sick with COVID, and also taking care of hubby. I actually slept on the couch for over a week so I could more easily go back and fourth between our room and our daughter's room throughout the night taking temperatures, getting cool towels, drinks, etc. Plus keeping up with the dishes, laundry, and other necessities. I kept saying, "Ummm, I'm sick AND pregnant... I should be the one in bed all day!" My husband is amazing, hard working, and always puts our daughter and I first..... unless he's sick 😅🤷‍♀️
