I used to take orders for people at Chick-fil-A. You guys are terrifyingly on the mark. I've had people say so many of these lines verbatim, and the overwhelmed Moms, man, there was a lady that came every week that had a sweater exactly like yours.

I've worked at Chick-fil-A for the last four years, and have managed it for two years. You guys hit the nail on the head. Bravo! ;)

😂 love this after working at Wendy's for 6 years! Another one is the mispronouncer guy or guy who doesn't know what restaurant he is in. I got asked for extra "crow tuns" and another guy started ordering taco bell items and was super confused when i said we didnt sell mexican food. Those are two examples, but both of these happened many times. The crazy ones made my day!

I work for an HR company that does hiring for some Chick-Fil-As (a lot of them outsource the initial resume review and first phone screen) and a lady called me back not only having applied to the job, but then I left her a message mentioning I was with CFA and she said "Chickafill". I did not call her back.

This chik fil a is up there with the best. Only at Chik Fil A would they gladly participate in this comedy.

The mom was my favorite - so accurate! Also the Eminem rap. 😅 I love the extra content sprinkled throughout when you guys break character.

Love the staff of Chick-fil-A letting you have fun!

We have been parents for 14 yrs, and my husband still hates ordering for the kids. “Drive Thru Dad” cracked me up. My dad orders extra crispy French fries at Cracker Barrel and my mom will ask people how recently they made the coffee…anywhere😂 They are 70, so I guess they’ve earned it. My sister and I give them the hardest time. This coming from my dad who thought we were being high maintenance as kids, when we ordered cheeseburgers with ketchup only.

So good!! The extra few minutes were real nice, and each of these characters were perfect!

The number of times the stressed out mom has been me in every setting 😬 You really captured the essence of life when you are hauling around diaper bags, babies, and car seats with you everywhere. I can't remember what it's like to have my hands free, but it sure sounds nice.

Back in the day, we just stayed home Going to each other’s houses, sure. But going out alot? Nah Unless dad went with us. Besides we napped with our kids so we didn’t want to be out in afternoon n mornings were awful as we didn’t alot of quality sleep. Those yrs are over so quickly tho. Every moment of intensity is so worth it. The days are long but the years are short.

As someone who used to work in a fast food restaurant, getting weird requests for things like chapstick is accurate. The way she immediately just didn’t question it and started asking around 😂

I was at chic-fil-a yesterday and their employees were all working so hard out in the cold rain.. I said “thanks for working so hard in this rain” and he replied with a friendly grin a sweet chuckle and a “oh no problem, it’s my pleasure.” It’ll never get old hearing such politeness! Even if they are forced to say it haha.
