I've had this for a while now. I THOUGHT there were tolerance issues as well, but some of the pieces are VERY similar, it was just the wrong piece in the wrong place. after reassembling it again I found that all the pieces move freely and take no force to put together like the first time I tried.

🤔 Hm, in case there are multiple solutions possible it's probably a design issue. 🤔

@@Mr.Puzzle Good point. A puzzle with multiple solutions - which aren't really solutions - needs a re-think. Unless you're told at the beginning that the pieces all fit freely (and are shown exactly what that means), how are you supposed to second-guess the designer? When is a 'close enough' fit correct? How would you know? It becomes a bit like rolling up a ball of string, where every solution is equally valid!

@@Mr.Puzzle @Eli P Yes. And unless they tell you that there are multiple "false positives," which can increase the puzzle's difficulty, it is likely a design or manufacturing flaw.
Jigsaw puzzles are confusing at first but satisfying at the end.

So pretty much same as sex then..?
I love the 'live' solves, watching you work through it and find the solution gives a much better idea of the difficulty. Also that was really satisfying to watch, that moment it clicked was brilliant.
I absolutely love this one. The twist on the usual jigsaw puzzles. It is marvelous.
I had this puzzle. Cost a lot to buy, and I was disappointed with the build quality. My one had a piece that was slightly mis-formed, meaning it could only be put into place with a lot of force. It was very frustrating.

That's a shame. Takes away from the clever design

I can relate. I bought it for a present after Chris Ramsay's video, test assembled it myself, found out that some pieces took force to connect and then had to manually fix pieces with sandpaper...
I kept thinking “it’s the blue one, it’s the blue one”.

You chose the right corners from the beginning. How likely was that!

Hi, Joshua! Hey, and a puzzle enthusiast with a surname like yours? That's pretty cool, too! :-)
This puzzle has been one of my personal favorites since the first time I saw it. Nice to finally see it on the channel.
When it takes Mr. Puzzle an hour to figure it out, it's got to be a level 10 in my book. I'd be hitting this Puzzle with a hammer after a few hours of screaming cuss words at it.

Cool idea. It's amazing how most of the puzzels are simple ideas but complex to machine. I love the precision with the metal/ wood ones. Must be getting close to 1mil subscribers?
I think I said this last time you did a puzzle like this, but part of what makes this even more challenging than a traditional jigsaw puzzle is that the pieces are transparent. At least with a traditional picture jigsaw, you can be reasonably sure where each corner and edge piece goes based on the picture (well usually, unless it's one of those "super hard" ones that are psychedelic colors or a picture of something like a ball pit...) but with this there's no guarantee that the corner pieces are in the correct corners or even in the right orientation to one another. That just makes the fact that you were able to solve it so quickly - and even with the extra "red herring" corner piece - even more legendary.
Great solution, well worked out....
The most difficult part of this puzzle is to get back to the original condition. 🤣🤣🤣
Nice. The only problem I can think about it, the puzzle can be upside down and never know.

Dang that intro was on point! Really love watching your videos, Mr. Puzzle
Well done, Mr. Puzzle. 👍
Such a cool design. 👍👍👍
Youtoob recommends this for me after I watched your latest puzzle video. The ahgorithm is blessing you
Lol I love how his voice gets progressively deeper through each video
As a puzzle creator; it might be very mischievous to create a puzzle ( like this ) that fits together perfectly in multiple arrangements, so that in a given arrangement, all of The pieces ( x-1 ) fit together, except for The one remaining piece that doesn't fit at all ( ??? )
Tough one. Brilliant!
If you take requests, maybe get hold of that 9-piece Nosey puzzle if you can?
GREAT GREAT PUZZLE. And no calls for special help like the giraffe.....hahaha. Love the channel
do they do an easier version with a picture on it :s
5 Corner Pieces? That's HERESY!
Great solve Mr.P! If it took you almost an hour, for sure it would probably takes me a few days. 😂😂👍👍
gut gemacht. wie immer. schönes video herr puzzle! 👋🏻
I think you solved it upside down!
I like these nonconventional types that makes you think more due to the fact that the pieces that normally go in the middle can actually be a piece that goes on one of the sides, plus that 5th corner piece. Imagine a 1000 piece that followed in this style.
This puzzle bad for my eyes ! Jesus Christ ! So blurry

I see it too. I believe it's because of the puzzle's transparency, and the light source. Not too bad.

5 corner pieces... Only in a Mr. Puzzle video
I got this puzzle myself, and i have no tight fits at all, and you probarly should´nt have either since it,s laser cut. but good job there, you had a different way to tackle it then me, and i took med about 35 mins.. well. just compared yours with mine, and it´s the same solution, so yea you got a "bad" puzzle with them tight fits :(
@maisiesummers42

It's not laser cut. It's molded with acrylic. My one had a very tight fitting piece that would not fall into place.

Anyone know the name of the intro song?

This would h ave been easier if you had a picture of the finished product. (sans the puzzle piece layout, of course.)
I like those jigsaw puzzles that are whacky, different, and they have a weird solution. This puzzle doesn't do it for me. I love those puzzles that are very weird and challenging and there's always a catch. Think out side the box. I'm not saying the puzzles bad I'm saying it's not one of my favorites because there's no like weird connection piece that you have to think out side of the box for.
