I use extended stay America even for week vacations. It's cheaper to book 7 nights than 5 nights. It's good to stay at Esa even if you don't plan to cook if it's a week you are lodging.

I don't care if it is rated 5 stars and $10,000 a day. I am going to be proactive inspect the room, clean & sanitize door handles going in and out of the room and bathroom. I am going to clean the bathroom, wash the towels, wash clothes, sheets, pillows, provide my own cups, bowls, sliverware, sanitize tv remote better yet use universal remote or IR Blaster on phone.

I've been at one of these over 8 months. The room is way cleaner than yours.

@@cindycindy8069Depends on the area, the rooms are negotiable through the General Manager if you stay monthly, after the first month you are tax exempt

Idk these extended stays looking run down, I am planning on converting a shed cabin to a hotel suite, thought these extended stay videos would help on some ideas but I seen better setups in other hotels that even and in a couch, this looks more like a dorm room for a college kid 🤭

If you search around and book online you can probably find something for roughly 300 a week, 1200 a month which includes utilities and (basic) wi-fi. I've done this at a few different places over the years, out of convenience and necessity at times. Depending what you make/prices in your area this may work for you. I'd suggest checking places like Budget Suites as well if you have one in your area. The cheapest I think I ever found one was for around $1000 a month after I was considered a "resident" after 30 days and the taxes fell off.

Renaissance and Mercy (two different companies) help ppl who are homeless and in need of housing. u can call Trilogy too for referrals. Trilogy is full now but a few others are not.

The extended stay of America Hotels is trash. The staff is not properly trained and spends to much time on their phones.

depends on location if you can manage to be fair. I'm at one in DE and none of that is true. Only problem is noisy guests and people setting off the very loud fire alarm, which just happened tonight hence why I'm up lol.
