The cook time is probably due to the silicone bakeware, while it makes cleanup a lot easier it is a poor heat conducter which is why you can grab silicone handles on pans when the rest of the pan is hot……great video by the way, we love Boo

I love this recipe. I use less liquid and it does seem to help it dry out a bit. Next I’m going to try some egg protein and let’s see if that helps with texture. However, this recipe is genius. Props to Boo.

My wife and kids are generally my gauge if something tastes good because I'm not that picky. Funny seeing your kids' live reactions.
