He said nothing whatsoever remotely close to the idea that knowing how they met would _JUSTIFY_ Diddy being a monster. He was curious as to how they met to get _CONTEXT_ on why a 37 yr old man would be dating a 19 yr old. He even alluded to how incompatible he himself would be with a 19 yr old. So that question was essentially him asking for context on how this relationship even came to be. Also, men are logical creatures who rely on tangible evidence like facts and observable reality to draw conclusions. The woman in the screen twice referenced that it was her “women’s intuition” that gave her insight into Diddy’s character, so much so that while she had never seen his violent side, seeing this didn’t surprise her because her intuition had already informed her that he was capable of this. As a woman, I understood precisely what she meant, but “woman’s intuition” is not a tangible thing and it’s something that most men can’t relate to. Watch it back. He even says “what exactly is that?” to her referencing “woman’s intuition”. _THIS_ is literally at the point where he says he wishes there was another man there, because she’s more or less speaking in “Womanese” - a “language” that is only meaningful to other women. Him asking for another man is essentially him saying that he wishes there was a translator - someone there who can break down this conversation from a tangible, concrete manner for a male audience. That’s it. I get it. You missed it or simply didn’t understand why he asked that question. But the way you repackaged it to jump to the assumption that it meant he was trying to excuse Diddy’s abysmal behavior (he actually said “abysmal”) is beyond wild. It’s scary. I’m apt to believe that you do this in real life often. This was at best a misunderstanding but you turned it into an indictment of this man’s character and put words in his mouth that were the exact opposite of everything he said. Thats wild. It legit comes off like you’re projecting your own trauma (or something) unto him. @@NightFogFilms Assault charges yes. But never underestimate the ability to seek charges for obstruction, bribery and RICO type activities in connection with the attempt to cover things up. When they want to get you, they will find a charge to throw at you. It's 50-50 this video was dropped to pressure others to testify about the aftermath even if the incident can't be prosecuted directly. And they still may be able to hit him with kidnapping which usually has a longer limitation period. Regardless, they are not going for some simple assault charge that will end up with probation, they are going big on him and for as bad as the video is, its "little stuff" compared to what they are going to pin on him. We lived it in the 90's, thinking you sidestepped a case only to find out they had a stack of charges building up to an indictment. That 5am knock on the door with a warrant always catches people off guard. And the weight of seeing they are going to try and run you on a bunch of "old" stuff stacked up to strike you out and lock you away for 20+ years in one move is no joke. "Conspiracy to" is a mfer......

Even if she has signed an NDA, criminal activities is not covered in the NDA, you can best believe she is a witness for the prosecution.

Poor baby girl cannot press charges since she took a settlement however, the FBI can kick his butt for this…. He didn’t make a settlement arrangement with the FBI. And since the FBi raided his house they already had the case put together he is going to prison forever.

He was raised in that environment, and $$ made it easy for him to be that way

The very last time he went off on our mother. We were both fortunate. But my mom divorced him right after this happened. So we got away. And he suicided in 2020 anyway. But I realize Diddy has been involved with the craziest shit unseen by most people. We now know what he did to Justin and Usher. But how was he indoctrinated by the I'll u mi na ti? He was definitely an asset in their game. But as we see many are going to fall. You don't see Hollywood all big and popular anymore either. People are waking up. I was 16 when i saw Cassie's first music video. I thought she was very pretty. Then a few years later i heard in the news that diddy was dating her. And i felt weirded out by that. I didn't know why she would agree to that. Then i also know that young people and teens are easily impressionable. I know that many will say that when a person turns 18 then they are an adult. But even at 18, some people haven't matured yet. Cassie had good parents and was probably a nice girl who probably was excited about becoming a singer. And Diddy probably started out as her mentor and then into brief romantic relationship and then into controlling and sex trafficking. He used her to bribe others and drugged her to sleep with other men. He had security and lawyers who probably were paid to tell her what to do. He has a hold over her and I wished that people would stfu about why didnt she just leave? He controlled and groomed her. And it was hard to leave when he withheld things from her and she had to obey him to survive.

double jeopardy would exist only if he was criminally charged with it in the first place and tried in court, which he wasn't (civil settlement, not crim) 8y is generally too long though but there's some statues about when the timer starts from, from the crime happening or becoming aware etc. you can also get sued for something you got criminally charged for or acquited from, most famously OJ simpson was innocent in criminal court but lost the civil one
