Yeah I had originally thought this as well but as the other comment said token are not "cards" and don't trigger the ascension

Tokens are not cards they only trigger graveyard effects when they meet the specific card type I.e. creature or artifact etc.

They are so if the card read when ever an artifact died it would trigger but blood chief mentions "card" ie an actual card not a token since those are only there to help represent the token not an actual card ie why tokens go proof when bounced

Am i just not seeing deck lists?

Love Mab’s playmat. I don’t know if it’s just me, but I wish that the top two players were flipped 180 degrees so it felt like everyone was facing each other. However, the video is really well done otherwise.

Yeah I think she has a shot, only issue is she's fragile without a good source of card advantage

As is every Rakdos deck. The only one that has a card advantage is just the outlet but also requires running a bunch of draft chaff cards.

I worry your mic might not be catching some of your voice over clearly, a couple times it sounds like you use the wrong pronouns for Mab, especially when she casts her fish

Yeah one of my voice settings, makes S sounds quieter, I'll have to update it. I made sure that I was using the correct pronouns but the s does sound a little quiet

I typically enjoy this channel, but can we not bring politics into the content? Yes, I am referring to Mab's "message".

I don't see anything wrong with ousting people who's ideology is based in hate, both DeadonBoardMTG and MTG as a whole is a safe space for everyone. And as for preaching if you cannot get over a playmat being used in the episode and not even a mention of anything said or done in the video that unfortunate

@@DeadOnBoardMTG Correct, I stopped watching after seeing his mat. It's stupid. I wanted to watch for content, gameplay, and escapism. Not for unnecessary political b.s., we get that force fed to us all the time in almost every aspect of life. It's a shame you can't separate your worthless ideology from a game.
