Ойын-сауық

    Ok depression wasn’t his fault, feeling suicidal wasn’t his fault many people do choose to take their own lives in the state of mind he was in, but how can you or anyone say he was not at fault for choosing to kill 149 other people with himself? None of the others wanted or deserved to die just cos one person wanted to die.

    Imagine you are a parent, holding your child, knowing that you are basically about to be incinerated or torn apart into little unrecognizable pieces. Yet your child doesn't know what's coming. If y'all are confused with the story I'mma explain it :) Once the aircraft was in the air the co-pilot suggested to the captain that he should go to the washroom cause that was his only chance, the captain agreed and went to the washroom. Once the captain was out of the cockpit, the co-pilot at that point locked the cockpit door. When the captain came out off the washroom he tried opening the cockpit door, when he couldn't open it he started banging it. He shouted at the co-pilot to open the door but no response... He tried breaking the cockpit door with a hammer but nowadays cockpit doors are designed to be unbreakable so it did not work :( inside the cabin the co-pilot started to descend the plane. It had lost 10'000 feet. But after sometime when the terrain was too low and the signs came up like (pull up) and (terrain) it crashed into the French alps :( Sorry for my bad English but I pay my highest respects to those who were on board. RIP!

    The pilot left the cockpit to use the bathroom. When he came back, the cockpit door was locked and the plane was descending rapidly. The pilot’s voice can be heard on the cockpit voice recorder yelling at the copilot to open the door. It was later found that the co-pilot had been diagnosed with depression and was using prescribed escitalopram (Cipralex) and mirtazapine (Remeron), two antidepressants that have potential side effects of dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, severe sedation, tremors, vertigo, increased suicidal thoughts, and increased risk of attempted suicide.

    And this was a case where the doctor should have told the airline, instead of trusting that the pilot himself would tell them. German doctors don't divulge medical information, even if it might put innocent lives at risk. If a guy is suicidal, the airline needs to know so they can keep that pilot grounded.

The people on board the flight would not have died had doctors been allowed to Disclose to German Wings that the co-pilot was suffering from mental problems such as depression. Everything must be done to ensure this kind of tragic incident will never happen again. I am so, so sorry for the families of all those who died, but not for the co pilot. Yes, the crash was caused deliberate by co-pilot. He had been previously treated for Suicidal tendencies. When the captain was out of cockpit, he locked cockpit door and initiated a controlled descent. This incident led to regulation that atleast 2 authorised personnel should be present in cockpit all times.

When the pilot left to go to the bathroom the co-pilot locked the doors and set the auto-pilot to maximum descent and went unresponsive to radio. If the plane is "smart" enough to warn the pilot to "pull up, too low, terrain", why doesn't it pull itself up in that situation? They should program it so that if the pilot does not respond within a reasonable amount of time, the plane will attempt to save itself.

  • @ashark9898

    @ashark9898

    Few reasons 1. Pilot always needs to have override control, meaning in a case like this where the yoke was being used by the pilot the plane cant override that, the reason pilots need to have override control is for a few reasons, code can glitch and think something that is not happening is happening, attempt to correct it, and cause a crash, prevent an emergency landing on something like a river when that's the only hope, something very unlikely but possible, any software can be hacked and changed, while you can't hack a human 2. Like mentioned above, software is less reliable than a human with a solid mental health, and on positive sleep 3. We dont have the need to do something like that, if it ain't broke dont fix it logic, it could cost hundreds of millions in rnd, vs a couple of thousand to properly teach the pilot to analyze the situation and pull up (if accually needed) when the plane says to pull up

  • @davidjames1684

    @davidjames1684

    Ashark7773Gaming - not a very good answer. My point was if the pilot doesn't respond correctly to a warning, the software would have a backup solution ready to go. Also you don't "land" on water. What the hell does "on positive sleep" mean? Humans have been "hacked" for decades. It is called "brainwashing". Also, repeatedly lying to someone so that they begin to believe it is a form of hacking or reprogramming someone.
