These thoughts are so so scary man and before i first saw one of your videos i didn't think i could explain any of these things let alone realize that there is a whole community of us struggling and you are here telling me that there are people who can help us! A bad therapist forced me to remember a trauma that I had suppressed. I did not know I have ocd at the time.

I’ve just got the book brain lock about ocd. Haven’t read it yet
