The 2 carat F color VS 1 is 5500 US dollar. Is this right? I’m about to purchase this for 25k.

The reason it’s so cheap is because these are lab created diamonds which are not worth as much as naturally mined diamonds. But keep in mind lab diamonds are made from starts of real diamonds and are chemically the same and can pass a Diamond test.

@@micboo1978 Labs are better in every facet, less imperfections, close to VVS, cheaper, ethical. Just a stigma around it. Just to add

Is 4 carats just overkill? I budgeted for a natural diamond but my future fiancé wants lab for ethical reasons. I found a perfect 4 carat that still is below budget but not sure if it’ll look absurd on her hand her ring size is a 4.5

Honestly what matters more if her hand is large or the length of her fingers. I know women with that size ring with large diamonds. And they look great because their hands overall aren’t small. Just the ring size
