Before momiji started doing crook nollie heels in runs, this is one of her best runs I have ever seen. It's not just her great control and commanding style, it's the big smile on her face. 5426 was an incredible run, big flip board, bigspin board and some sweet grinds!!!

@@Truesk8er1 She has an amazing aggressive style, going at everything with speed and shredding. If she was doing just a bit more technical tricks like some kickflip front boards, or nollie flip or heel out of crooks like the others she'd win every contest or at least be neck and neck with momiji and rayssa every competition.

Anyone who's wondering what Momiji was drinking, it was Japanese barley tea or "Mugicha" not sure if she's sponsored by them or not though. That amazing last run gave me goosebumps!

She has torn ACLs twice now. You’re witnessing her coming to terms with how hard it is to get back on the board. She’s one of the oldest there and after healing up you can see her hesitance and tightness in her legs and light footed was, she’s just not able to do what she used to be able to do. Mike mo got an even more serious injury and quit rather than skate at a lower standard… You got to give it up for Aori for still going out there and trying. I feel bad for her knowing if not for her injuries she’d probably be the top top skater now by her age..

The new kids rip way harder

No reason to not hustle between tricks. If a light jog between tricks of a less than 1 minute run gets you tired as a competitor you gotta work on that, yikes

Judging criteria is so bad. How did Chloe Covell get a higher score than Mariah Duran or Rayssa Leal on the first run?? Because she didn't fall? Their tricks were way harder. Anyone that actually skates knows that. Rayssa's front blunt alone should be worth more than Chloe's run. You shouldn't simply get more points for completion without falling in my opinion.

@@theeskatelife no. you have to land your tricks, difficulty is pointless without landing it. you don't get points and medals for participation. you have to land your tricks. no one wants to lose to someone who can't land tricks :'DDD

I wasn't saying you should get more points for simply trying harder tricks. what I am saying is that the tricks they did land were harder and that should've been reflected in the score. yeah they fell once but what they landed was harder than the tricks in Covell's run that she landed. think about it like this, if I skate around not doing any tricks but don't fall should that be scored higher than some one who lands one difficult trick and falls on the rest?

skating competitions are kinda already stupid from the start. not to mention politics and skater participation. no matter what Julia B. is the best female skater, ever.

Please. I BEG, stop talking nonstop about their ages. Yes they're young. But it's not that interesting. Don't call them "23 years young", please. Some of the best athletes in the world will always be young. It's not novel or unique. I love what y'all do, but please just let that go.
