Seals aren’t special forces. SF are the green berets. Seals are special operations.

Some people thinks that armwrestling is a sport that anyone can do it but go to the gym and try to do armwrestling for more that 5-10 min with different people without resting 10 seconds and you will have nothing left for the next opponent.Devon is crazy in endurance and can pull from every position.

The good thing about these two practicing together is they have both leveled up so much and it is even more beneficial to each other

im not really sure but as a professional armwrestler himself, Devon should have find someone who are way stronger than him and practice pulling with him, practicing pulling with random and someone like Matt Mask only giving some advantages to the endurance, but not the overall strength, as we know Levan has a pure explosive raw strength which is beyond devon strength, so Devon should pull someone as strong or almost as Levan to get use on it,if he doesnt care about things like this than im 100% sure he has no chance against Levan or maybe if he try an injury is inevitable

He explains that going against people of that strength level pushes him to peak to much and can set him back with injury. What works for him is volume and tiring himself out to where what you see in this video happens. This will develop strength for him where he needs it the most and the day of the match is his PR so to speak. It’s a build up and apparently what works for him. The day of the match he doesn’t care if he gets injured giving it his all but he’ll be damned if he gets injured during prep. Makes sense considering he is an older dude compared to all the young guns who can push peak almost as often as they want.

Basically, Levan is going to at least win the first pull, maybe 2nd too, but if Devon can wear out Levan over time, he can come back and win all the least pulls. I believe this is Devon's logic. So yeah it will be Devon's stamina and technique that wins, if he is able to.

Kinda hard to find stronger people to train with when you are considered #1 on the continent. But volume should work too to get ypu stronger.

Injury or overtraining becomes possible though. He's conserving his redline power for the actual match if he needs it. You never train redline before a big match unless it's very early in training and long away from the match. Just look at it this way Matt can hurt most guys and Devons been training a few hrs in this video already but he still could hold a fresh explosive hitting Matt and stop him from pinning. Levan typically loses to his training partners after a few hrs of practice. There's plenty of videos of him losing once he tires, no heart when it starts to hurt but Devon be like I'll run this back all day until I will inevitably win.

It’s crazy how relaxed that dude is when competing it’s like he doesn’t have to put as much mental into the effort
