Obviously he's not going to come back but, if you give him time he is insane. We never got see to Travis at his full potential. He would beat a number 2-3 guy in the world than 3 months later would lose to somebody who isn't even ranked. He got on cycle for very specific events.

It’s mad how we all still talk about Travis, just shows how dominant he actually was.

Great questions
Hey Paul, how much would u put down to see a ‘comeback of legends match’ - vovoda vs Travis ?
Everybody but Travis seems to want Travis to come back. I've all but given up but I'd really love to see it. With the sport where it is now it needs him.
His so Bright!!..
Devon reading my mind? I was thinking this as well. I enjoy watching Travis go at the table. A comeback never hurt 😎👍💪🦁
I’ve said it before but if I won the lottery I’d pay for Travis to come back. Otherwise I hope his kid does well with the American football thing. If he doesn’t then maybe we’ll get him back. The sport needs his personality if it’s going to go mainstream
Travis was The guy. Him coming back would take about 6 months to be at the top of NA and 1 year to beat world level.
As much as most of the arm wrestling world would absolutely love to see Travis make a return, I honestly don't ever see him doing it! He's focused on his son's career (as he should be) and he's too lazy now a days. Motivation ain't there any more. With what he's accomplished, I understand. Great video Paul. Keep up the great work. Stay strong and healthy brother 💪

His son honestly has a low chance to be drafted and might find a place on a NFL teams practice squad. It’s not like he is going to be making millions at least unless he really makes a huge impression after about 3 years if he can hang on to a team. Feel like if Travis doesn’t come back at all after the draft/his kid gets signed then he just doesn’t have that in him anymore. Because after his kid is in the NFL or part of that process there is nothing he can do for him. Honestly can’t do anything now even. He has a manager and a agent and they know what’s best far more than Travis.

Now would be the perfect time for a personality like Travis. Sport is more popular than ever but a huge personality can push it to new levels, like McGregor in MMA. Yes, people interested in armwrestling and involved in the sport will always watch and admire people like John and Devon, of course but, to go to the level where you are really drawing eyes you need those big personalities and some drama around it.

Man I would love to see Ongarbaev put on more size. Imagine if that guy put on more muscle and size. He would be scary
Devon is healthy and feels great through his body when he's arm wrestling and arm wrestling training, because this is his love, his passion. Nothing else is on this level, but his family and Arm Wrestling! To top it off, his family is passionate about arm wrestling and supports his passion! Hes living his dream. That's why hes healthy all over the more he arm wrestles. IMHO!
It wasn’t long ago travis won both hammers, beating Chaffee and jerry and everyone else on both arms. 2016 I believe. That Travis was a monster. Still the easiest I have seen anyone destroy Dave other than levan. Then beat Dave again a month later at Dave’s own event
Be interesting to see weights on day of events. Would Devon beat all hws under a certain weight advantage?
Devon is probably has the greatest mind in Arm wrestling right now. What a great assessment he gave to his former rival Travis.
For Travis, give him 50k guaranteed and 100k for winning and he'd beat Levan. It's all money is his motivation.

I wish people cared more about the left. Some of my favorite matches are on the left. I'd guess that more than half of the greatest Devon matches were lefty. The Pushkar match was iconic.
Go travis
TB could do a short run this summer & cash in for a bit without having to PED into a comma or air tank. The marketing is there for a summer slam.

12:02 I disagree with this. Examine how much work your legs do when you pull with full might. Check out how your quads push to accomplish that back and side pressure. They flex all the time in training and on the table. We just don't notice, because it's static.

Ok, lol while i understand why pradeep believes that ermes real motivation/intent was speaking out because he was offended due to feeling pradeep was marginalizing his victory and subsequently his own level. I said this before and ill say it again because im convinced i understand the reason/genesis for the dispute. Pradeep drops relatively quick news/results videos and due to the nature of his videos, cultural issues on both sides, needing to come to a conclusion and make a coherent argument and explanation. As i said, he can't go into a discussion debating his own points for the above reasons plus some others. He has to be dramatic and passionate and frankly "opinionated" for the sake of keeping things entertaining. Part of the format is to critique and again, due so bluntly. Pradeep also has a programmer type personality in ways were he just gives a matter of fact theory etc. i think although ermes misinterpreted pradeep, he should try and take a step back on this despite it being really hard all things considered which i understand. Being that im not the one that ermes criticized its easier for me to be more forgiving obviously. That in mind, i genuinely believe pradeep misread ermes motives and that he wasn't speaking with a hidden agenda fueled by inability to take criticism. Not understanding were pradeep is coming from, the format he uses out of necessity etc etc etc. if you dont understand that then of course everything pradeep says and his critiques take on a different meaning and the entire context is altered. Im 100% convinced that ermes meant what he said and pradeep was actually incorrect in his assessment. On many pradeep videos my knee jerk reaction was to think he was being to harsh, too critical but my understanding of what hes out to accomplish snapped quickly into focus and the feeling dissipated and i was entertained and enjoyed it.
Outlawing kingsmove, and bringing Travis back would both make armwrestling great again.
Back in the day Travis was active, I saw him as the absolute, UNTOUCHABLE, king of the left handers. At the time the very notion of anyone beating his left was absurd. No disrespect intended to Devon here, but I saw an older super match where Travis blew right through Devon's left. Subsequently I saw where Devon bested Travis's left. I think that's about the time when Travis started to lose interest. So Paul, Devon I've a question. When Travis was ruling the left hand world, the match I most wanted to see was Travis vs Denis in a left handed super match. To the best of my knowledge that never happened. How do you gentlemen think that woulda turned out?

Nobody cares about left hand, only the (unfortunate)left handed people do. That's what Devon is trying to tell you, Paul. Devon didn't want to say it out loud but Toddzilla is usually much more blunt about this topic. I know for a fact that travis sow all kinds of seeds in your mind about how left hand is this and that but truthfully, left hand never mattered, doesn't matter, and will never matter. Over 90% of the world population is right handed and that is what truly matters.
