You could hold your fist at your shoulder, it would be even easier. Next time keep your forearm parallel with the floor. You are stronger without doing these petty vids.

I hope jerry comes back. Ermes must have really got in his head or maybe he wanted a break. Either way a loss makes a man come back stronger and more hungry. Jerry use to be one of my favorites he was always super humble in wal.

Engin all the time bans for no reason, he doesn't know what he's doing, I'm a solid Devon fan who never disrespected any of his opponents or has been close to, but somehow something I said hurt Engin and he blocked me on Instagram (banned from the page eastvswest), but anyway I still follow him on KZread and all that stuff because the bad things he's doing are nowhere near the good things he's doing, he does a lot for the sport imo

I’ll have to give it to Travis because when you look at the match against Brandon, it looks like he just came off of the couch after doing nothing for like five years. The past few videos of seeing him he looks like he has been really working out and taking thosecertain medication lol. Good for him he’s taking it serious.

7:40 Travis is so right - Vitaly is too fair in the setup. Just look at Vitaly matches - round 1 vs Revaz and the whole match vs Ermes. That's also why people regard Vitaly so high - he is that strong even though he is too nice with his setup. It might be a Russian thing, as most Russians are pretty fair in the setups.

I used to think you were a tool, Paul.. I even criticized you on many videos, especially for having Igor on your channel. How you handled the RVJ and Engin stuff really showed that you’re one of the real ones. I see many important armwrestling figureheads losing their minds and banning people when they don’t have opinions that agree with them, and it helped me realize that these people are falling into the same trap that all of us do, too often. They’re letting emotions get in the way of simply understanding that criticism is always best when it’s welcomed. We’re all better off when we’re reasonable.. yet we often forget that when we’re frustrated. It’s nice to see you be the reasonable one and I think it’s funny that I used to think you were a tool. I guess that says more about me than it does you, right? 😅 So, even though you had little idea that someone was thinking this, I apologize for doubting your integrity, I owe you that. Thanks for the ethical inspiration, Sir.

The pronation pose! That would be hillarious if we had a pronator only body building contest. I think Devon would be like the Ronnie Coleman of that division, with that fetus that lives in his arm. It looks like someone sewed a gal bladder in the crook of his elbow. 😂 💪🏻. If we’re talking brachialis, brachio-radialis, pronator teres, supinator, flexors, etc(overall forearm) there would be some strong contenders… Levan has a giant forearm but idk if he would win on definition. Ermes is definitely up there, Arytom Morozov… there’s a lot of dudes with some big ham hocks out there.

Rvj is just an all talk no bite guy. Entitled and thinks he knows everything. I see him yapping more than actually being active. Everytime I see or hear him it’s some drama lol. He’s just a KZreadr now and not an arm wrestler.

  • @chrzoc

I think RVJ is going through some shit right now. (i.e🍷🍺🍾). And as someone who’s been there I don’t hate on him, even though it can be a bit ridiculous at times. I think he needs someone to take the internet away from him when he gets a little too bent. I’ve spoken with him a bit outside of the social media world and he’s actually a really good dude and funny af, he’s just definitely a bit f’d up right now. I hope he can get his stuff together and work out those demons because he’s hella entertaining to watch. I just don’t think the motivation is there right now because of the other crap he’s got going on in his life. I would love to see a motivated RVJ come out and get some big opportunities (and take advantage of them, which would be on him). He’s got a point of view which IS very valid, but he comes across looking like shit right now because he’s not in the best place. idk, I just hold off totally shitting on the guy. But I will say, the “Goodbye #3” did have me laughing a bit. But I can also be a total dick sometimes so 🤷🏻‍♂️
