Devon Larratt Armwrestling Seminar - Part 1 - Pin Route

Спорт

First part in the fantastic Devon Larratt armwrestling seminar that we shot during his time in Melbourne in March 2014. In this first episode Devon talks about side pressure, pin route, cupping, and touches on his 2004 match against John Brzenk and the lessons he took away from that loss.

  • @wheresmygun

    @wheresmygun

    5 жыл бұрын

    Hemington there's no way a natural guy could dominate a field of juiced athletes. Steroids cause extra glycogen retention which balloons out the muscles but this is temporary and dose dependent. Bruce Lee admittedly used steroids, look at his ropey striated muscles. Devon also trained heavy singles for years which increase muscle tonus and grow connective tissue (check out a weighlifter's quads and back muscles). If you want to believe high level strength athletes are natural, I suggest you hide your head as deep in the sand as it can go because that belief is 100% naive and uninformed. I have nothing against steroid use, the hypocritical state of affairs has to do with politics (keeping steroids away from low information average people by telling them it's immoral and poisonous instead of effective but dangerous and expensive), use is quite widespread in athletics and even gym goers and crossfit yuppies.
