Devin Booker (36 points, 12 assists) and Kevin Durant (36 points, 11 rebounds) become the 8th duo in NBA Playoff history to have a 35+ double-double in a playoff game, most recently:
Steve Nash (39 points, 12 assists) and Shawn Marion (38 points, 16 rebounds) - 5/20/2005 (Suns vs Mavericks, OT)
Devin Booker (36 points, 6 rebounds, playoff career-high 12 assists) and Kevin Durant (36 points, 11 rebounds, 6 assists) combine for 72 points as the No. 4 seed Phoenix Suns defeat the No. 1 seed Denver Nuggets in Game 4, 129-124. Nikola Jokic tallied a playoff career-high 53 points (20-30 FG), along with 11 assists for the Nuggets. The best-of-seven series is tied, 2-2, with Game 5 taking place on Tuesday, May 9 (10:00 p.m. ET, TNT).

this started in the bubble. suns fans call him point book when he starts running the primary role. playing with a bunch of bums for 5 years having to do everything himself changed his ceiling. came out of college a 6man spot up shooter and with no pressure to win learned to score, handle the ball and run his own team

The KD/Booker Suns were able to take the Nuggets to 6 games with a bench avg 4pts, Ayton escorting Jokic to the basket, & CP3 only able to give you 2 games. If they can build around KD & Booker this will be a dangerous team

When CP is out there, I admire how he organizes the offense. You see his player coaching at lot when he’s running the point and slowing the game down. And that’s definitely valuable. But man, this team just gets the ball moving more without him.

@@Christopher._M defensively maybe Jordan was slightly better because if you watched this play off since beggining, you would notice that Booker played incredible defense for now, but offensively?? Booker is much better. Maybe this sounds crazy because I'm talkibg about the GOAT of this sport, but still, I've never seen Jordan being soo efficient and soo great all around scorer like Booker. He did averaged 40 points, but his % were above 50%, 54 at his best. BOOKER RIGHT NOW IS AVERAGING 37 POINTS ON REMARKABLE 62% FROM THE FIELD, 51% FROM THREE POINT RANGE, 87% FROM THE FREE THROW LINE and averages over 7 assists per game. Hands down, after first 9 games the greatest play off performer in the history.

Booker is playing great for this era of basketball... Touch fouls and all.. Stop trying to say it's the best you have ever seen based on stats. Also KD is the one who has helped booker the most. KD just loves to play basketball and loves ball movement even if it doesn't end up in his hands. KD is a plug and play type of player. He can play well in any system.

@clrdr7 Klay is automatic fading baseline and Steph invented the high arching floater. They both are more than perimeter shooters they both can finish. The problem has been asserting themselves as the aggressors. Wiggins needs to activate Beast Mode too.

Talent and skill wise probably the most OFFENSIVELY SKILLED 1-2 PUNCH IN BASKETBALL... there are a few duos who are better. Jokic and Murray, Giannis and Lillard, AD and Bron.
