Homie clearly was done but his reaction to them punches is the reason why I posted. I've fought for about 13 years and seen guys react like that from punches with gloves on who suffered brain damage.

Damn Kendall Grove is still fighting, I remember him and Solomon Hutcherson as Team Dagger on TUF3.

Ref really allowed Kendall to potentially get serious injury. If kendall is wobbly you stop it if he cant defend himself on the immediate exchange that follows. Common sense has to kick in at some point.

Kendall Grove is a true warrior. Broken nose, could barely stand but was still throwing punches. Respect.

Fighters don't get in there to be looked after. It's all about cash-flow. Everyone involved in BKF have their reason to partake but I feel this whole league is one further step away from true sportsmanship and athleticism. At least it is no longer only just that. There's a much darker side to it.

Vicious Saito In boxing sometimes punches are thrown specifically off a block...if a fighter is punching and you block it...that means his hands are on you and not blocking himself...hence the word "counter" Grove was just dazed and shelled up bad. good fight tho.

If he even paid for trainers. Tiny purse and that trainer would take 20% . Most likely just paid for corner men. I mean if it was UFC or Belator or one he'd get a better payout so he'd pay for a camp but these guys aren't having a six week training camp.

Late stopping that one, the winner was holding back

I think Kendal was doing good with the uppercuts, he should had thrown more of those.

A huge part of this is who can keep composure as those little tiny, sharp fists start zipping in there. It makes standing in front of another fighter scarier but it got the knockout in this fight

That's what everyone could never understand when he fought in the UFC. He was a foot taller than some of his opponents, but he always fought small, never utilized front kicks to his advantage, his submissions were pretty sick at times, but he never really used that reach.

I love combat sports but this is crazy. Their bodies go through enough without the added bullshit of not having proper hand protection or decent refs. These dudes gotta be desperate to fight for this organization

Well, with gloves you get hit Multiple times And can continue, with a bare knuckle the fight ends faster, you get cut more easily, but with less trauma.

Absolutely I should have been more clear, every fighter ends up with broken hands. The reason for gloves is to protect the hand not the opponent. I worry at 50 these guys won’t be able to hang on to a fork to feed themselves. That’s the only real point against BAre Knuckle fighting. Every other argument I’ve heard against it is rediculous. In my opinion.

However I learnt real quick that only having the knowledge of boxing in MMA made me look like James Toney against Randy Couture even though I had transitioned to all around MMA styles before that fight. . In any fight besides a hands only style fight BJJ will defeat boxing 8 times out of 10. Specially in a street fight. However we are talking about Kendell competing in a sport he has never been known for. Stand up hands only style fighting. We are just saying he must have been desperate for money considering he knows how the outcome was gonna be.

Lol. The overhand right and goodnight Silva. Lol loved it too. Hated Silva. The douchebag came to one of my events once to sign autographs and was a complete tool. Wouldn't watch any of the fights. Wouldn't meet any of the fighters. Wouldn't look up at the fans as he took their money for his overpriced autographs.

This shouldn't be legal. Grove was totally mishandled by the med staff....no stool, he stood up before he was in condition to do so and the inevitability of CTE in this sport is off the charts.....smh

I love fighting and used to think that bare knuckle would be cool if it was organized and sanctioned like other fight sports.......but This is highkey sad to watch. Its a completely different vibe.

That ref should be canned. Kenndal was clearly done when the ref gave him the 8 count. My man was stumbling and mumbling. No reason to put him through more punishment

Tough fight, massive respect for both men.

Weird move for Kendall Grove. He was contending in the UFC when I first got into the sport. Wasn't he a submission-oriented guy? That's how I remember him at least.

Grove looks like a recovering Meth guy.

You could tell he was overmatched in the striking, but the MMA fighters have intense cardio and don't quit. I'm only half way through and Kendall is starting to weather the storm and take over. He looks like he's going to get knocked out though... I hope he makes it through...

Marcel Stamps was king of the ring on this night! You can tell by how he was during the interview that he was on top of the world! I love it! This is why fighters fight. There are few things that can make a man feel that good. Both men were really good and in fantastic physical condition. BKFC is awesome!!!!👍🏻
