Dear Andrea I enjoyed your talk in this video. I was disappointed by the M.D.'s unwarranted criticism of your work. M.D.s shouldn't make snap judgments, without Understanding or solid information. An open mind can offen lead anyone to wonderfully useful information and ideas. Dear M.D. open minds are so important New health Ideas can be amazing and very effective. Food can heal. Rich&2 carnivorous kitties 🇺🇲 😸 🍗🥩🥓🍖🐈‍⬛

Hi Andrea! I had a question/thought , somewhat related to this and also to the kidney video, I'll just post it here. Its a bit confusing to me which bodily systems (cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine, muscular, nervous system, skeletal, etc.) and which organs benefit from MORE use (i.e. stresses/challenges) versus which ones do not. For example, as a personal trainer my goal is to get people to "stress"/challenge their cardio system, and their muscular system, because the stresses/challenges make those systems stronger. However this video is making me notice how the case is the opposite for our filtration organs. Can you speak to which bodily systems/organs benefit from regular stressing/challenges vs. which ones don't ???
