I've noticed that in some Nicholas Sparks rom coms, if the protagonist's partner cheats on them, then they're a villian with no redeeming qualities. However, if the protagonist cheats on THEIR partner with the other lead, then it's perfectly justified, because it's true love!

It’s not cheating as the are in a relationship but it hasn’t progressed to getting married. So technically they are still free to make “the choice” 😊

You have to feel sorry for Ryan, Gabby's fiance. He seems like a decent guy, and there's nothing wrong with either him or their relationship. Gabby doesn't seem to care about cheating on him with Travis, and once he returns, acts like nothing ever happened. It's a waste of a perfectly good Tom Welling, if you ask me.

Yo, why is Travis listening to his sister? She’s advising him to mess with a woman who’s already in a relationship when he’s got an opportunity with someone way hotter than that… reckless. Gabby belongs to the streets fam, but I guess Travis does, too.

Please don't romanticize cheaters. If you're not happy and satisfied with your partners, tell them and leave with proper closure than do shit behind their backs.

No inheritance if the husband is dead in process and etc. Child support is different, its about the child but you can make her getting visitation only since she cheated thus proven to be immoral role model. About 50-50 after divorce, I am not sure maybe you can lessen her 50... not sure on that but yeah prenup is important.

@@syafkhai9218 fyi none of these happens, first to begin with a proof of cheating is hard to find, your intuation or found boxers in your bed room or taken photographs or recorded video none of them can be taken as primary evidance only the people invloved the pictures meaning the cheated spouse or the person they cheated with, need to agree that they cheated in the court, if they straight away lie even though everyone knows it is a lie still has to be considered as truth, if an individual doesn't agree to take a polygraphic test court can't impose it on them. Medically you need to prove you are stressed and you can't claim to be distress when you go to your work and do everything normally and file a suit saying that you are in distress doesn't get counted. Don't get confused with random googling there are a lot of court hearing online listen to them and you will understand you cando nothing to a cheated spouse legally.

If this isn't some bs. How movie companies glorify cheating more than loyalty as a "romantic" movie is just hard to understand. How does the girl get in a car crash and weeks later, has not even as much as a scratch on her face "weeks later". A car accident bad enough to cause a coma will likely at the very least cause a fracture of something, some amnesia, or memory loss. Not only does she not have a scratch, fracture, or memory loss, she also remembers PERFECTLY, what he said to her while she was in this coma and not breathing on her own. I CALL BULL$#!T or this is a set up for Gabby joining the freaking Avengers

You know I tried to finish this movie but couldn’t really. I’m not saying it’s just all on her and I have been more than willing and liked to watch someone who has been mean in the beginning, and gets better later on but, Gabby‘s attitude we first really meet her it’s just nasty, criticizing, and judgy. She honestly sounds like a spoiled B word when I first see her on screen, just so impolite when she first met Travis. Not exactly my character cup of tea for romance.There are plenty mature way she could’ve done it without being nasty about it. Also, she insulted the dog so that’s more than enough points to ducked out for character.
