Designing apartment 60sqm / 645sqft
This is a design of a 60sqm apartment. It consists of the following spaces:
- Living room / Kitchen / Dining zone
- Bathroom
- Bedroom
- Children's room
- Vestibule
The customer wanted a fresh and light atmosphere so we used mainly light and warm colors with a contrast of dark grey at some places.
The design took us about 2 months to be prepared with all the revisions and the process later took about 3 months until it was completely finished.

Instead of separating the 28m2 living area with a physical divider partition you divided the spaces with a different wall texture color. Touches like that are brilliant. That's why such a small apartment seems larger. You did the same wall treatment in another apartment with the use of a blond wood treatment on the wall. Very smart.
ОАллах помоги мне обрести такую квартиру очень красивая👏👏👏👏👏🙋👩👩👧👧👩👩👦👦🤗🤗🤗
Well first and foremost it would be great to have a top overview of the house/apartment (маштаб зураг(I don’t know the English terminology)) so that I can have a better understanding of exactly what I’m looking at from the get go instead of formulating in my head on exactly how the entire space looks so I would have a better experience as a viewer.

Thanks for the advice, I will bear that in mind.
where are you located?
Así es el mío, con 2 habitaciones pero la sala tiene un espacio, que sería la tercera habitación y lo tengo como estudio. Mi decoración es tal cual.

60m2 my a** 1:08 you can see floor plan 28m2 + 11m2 +15m2 + 6,4m2 + 1,4m2 = 61,8m2... and I didn't include bathroom and closet apace next to it due to lack of information on floor plan.

64sqm, a small 2-bed
Nice design but a horrible presentation of a youtube video.
