Well first and foremost it would be great to have a top overview of the house/apartment (маштаб зураг(I don’t know the English terminology)) so that I can have a better understanding of exactly what I’m looking at from the get go instead of formulating in my head on exactly how the entire space looks so I would have a better experience as a viewer.

It looks bigger than 45 sqm. It feels like a 70 sqm apartment. The client really want a walk in close. I would have used that space to push the walls back and place a build in wardrobe on the wall .

I don't know the exact number, but it must be around 40 000 $. For sure the furniture that is custom made (almost everything in the apartment except the sofa) costs about 15 000$. Thank you for your interest!

I suppose it would depend to a degree on whether you own or rent and whether you have the budget to customize the space, whether there is good light from the windows and a balcony, whether you have a pet, etc. I'm single and rent an apartment. I think it is 69 SM and I feel quite comfortable especially because there is a splendid view from every window and lots of northern light. I didn't need to spend any money to remodel and my furniture fits perfect. I could even live in a smaller place considering that this unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I use the second bedroom for an office.

I'm starting university this year and i have thought very much of continuing my studies abroad and most likely establish in a foreign country, preferably Canada or Europe. There you would most likely live in an appartment. So i am curious about how much space will i need for myself only and the comfort and also the budget.

Note that some universities in Canada have student housing on campus in a dormitory. It migh be wise to first pick your country and school because in the long run that will be even more important than the size of apartment. For a student smaller is better. I've seen some 40 SM that I could feel comfortable in but my situation is different in that I need a permanent apartment as I have my own furniture and am retired with a lifetime pension. I live in Colombia. Best of luck to you...Oh! And what is your country?

Instead of separating the 28m2 living area with a physical divider partition you divided the spaces with a different wall texture color. Touches like that are brilliant. That's why such a small apartment seems larger. You did the same wall treatment in another apartment with the use of a blond wood treatment on the wall. Very smart.
