Oh my gosh! I can't believe how much you accomplished in one year! It looks so beautiful and gives me so much inspiration to expand one of my garden beds! Thank you Danielle!
ROSES! Roses are steady spring thro fall color. Personally love English roses. The fragrance, the big peony like blooms and lots are very disease resistant anymore. I am waiting for you to discover the beauty of English roses, Danielle! 😂 Caryopteris is another late summer blooming shrubs.
The 🐕 and the 🐈 walked through the tunnel. 🥰
I love your comments about Grace! I feel like that about my dogs Oliver and Penny.
You created a beautiful garden. I love the design and how you thought it all out. I really love seeing it from the infant stage to maturity. I also realize that a garden is forever changing and it will morph into something of it's own over time.

Always anticipate the evolution of plants when creating a massif, without forgetting the rendering in the different seasons... we learn by making mistakes 👩🏻🌾😉
For vivid late blooming flowers, coneflowers can't be beat. Echinasea purpurea. Your work is outstanding.
Sunny and cold in Detroit today. A great day to watch your video again. 101 days until I return to my cottage in Mid Michigan and start playing in my flower beds again.
Oh oh ohhh!!!!! What a cozy garden!! I felt so comfortable, warm and cozy watching this. What an absolutely stunning transformation! Wow! You’ve got a great sense of style and flow with plants. I really love the expanse of hydrangeas, I mean there’s a point where it’s almost just a sea of pink hydrangeas! So cool, thank you for sharing this with everyone!
Hardy Asters were a winner for me during that time but I'm zone 5. The honey bees love them too. Loved this journey.
I love the ever changing garden! You have such a charming garden & I love how you share it! And beautiful Grace too!
I love the secretive feel of this garden it gave me so much inspiration
What a fun video, it is so inspiring! I would suggest Pow-Wow Wild Berry coneflowers and regular purple cornflowers to add pink and purple from July-August. Coneflowers are long blooming and add great pops of color. The purple will naturally be taller than the pink pow-wows, so you could add both and gain a couple of layers of colors in your garden. Happy New Year!💗🤍💜

I struggled with Pow Wow Wild Berry this past year. I think I didn't have it in enough sun. It seems like a plant that wants all-day sun and the light was too dappled where I had mine.

Your flowers are beautiful! I have a Japanese Spirea and it blooms so pretty in the summer and you can trim the dead flowers off when they are done blooming and it will bloom again. I live in southern Mi.
I Love that you just keep packing in the plants!!❤ I loooove a full garden🎉
I think this is one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. It is heaven 🤣😍
I love your hydrangea garden. I think you can never have enough hydrangeas!!!! I live in Muncy,PA north of you. I love caryopteris for august pink and blue blooms! I have a variegated leafed one the blooms a periwinkle blue, several pink ones, one with lime yellow colored leaves with blue flowers and several dark blue flowered ones. They bloom in August and also make great fillers for bouquets. This past fall I found some at my local garden center on sale and I bought 9 just to plant for cutting. Can’t wait for spring!,
Great job!!! Beautiful & Heavenly! It's very peaceful! I agree about the Chocolate Lab they are such a blessing & the best friends you could ever want! ❤🌻
Those peruvian daffodils! ❤
Absolutely beautiful! What an incredible transformation
Thank you so much for putting this together! I have really loved to see the changes each month, so this was so much fun to watch! I’m extending some garden beds in my backyard this year and this has been such an inspiration!
The arbors are amazing! I too struggle with planting for the changing seasons. Love the progression video from winter. Helps me plan my new flowerbed! Following your progress 😊
This video has me completely excited for spring! Thank you!! I just love your property and watching it transform. :)
That sunny June day that you mentioned was heaven on earth literally took me there I can't even describe the excitement it filled me with I cannot wait to really start watching my garden come back to life and get out there and plant more things!! Thankyou for getting me pumped for warmer days😁😁🥰🥰
I suggest Roses, dwarf or mini pink Crape Myrtles (look for the cold hardy ones), reblooming Azaleas, reblooming Lilacs, Dahlias, Rose of Sharon Hibiscus, and pink Sun Parasol giant Mandevilla vine for an annual climber.
Such a soul satisfying, intimate, treasure box of a garden! You definitely inspired me to plant more hydrangeas this past year, Danielle! I'm not as careful or avid a gardener as you. In my Z4 there's more to struggle against as to weather & critters. But watching your videos gives me enough inspiration to get back out there & keep going!
Wow, your garden is just absolutely gorgeous!
You are a true inspiration! I'm in the process of expanding one of my flower beds. Just to start the process of removing sod was very intimidating. Thank you for being so fearless in the garden and making your your garden dreams come true.
I can only grow pink hydrangeas due to soil. I always wanted blue hydrangeas. My aunt who lived on the Oregon coast could grow only blue hydrangeas. She adored my pink ones. We agreed that we should be happy with what God gave us. 20 years later, I adore my pink hydrangeas and wouldn't have any other color. They look like they belong. Love your white and pink hydrangeas.
I loved this video. It’s amazing how much you accomplished in one season.
I think it’s perfect all year long , gives you a different mood each month . Just beautiful ❤
This footage was so inspiring!! Some of the shots you got were just breathtaking and I love the arbor for the flower tunnel that you picked.
Dog comment made me all teary eyed 🥹 I miss my Mojo ❤️🙏🏽
absolutely beautiful!! I really appreciate seeing the seasonal progression of your garden. The apples growing through the arches is so EMMA. LOVE it all!
Oh this was wonderful! Thank you! ❤
I'm so glad I found your channel! I'm also in zone 6b. Last year I succession planted out my zinnias and had blooms into October, I plant my own seeds of cool toned pinks, deep to very light blush colors. I deadhead my pink lemonade cosmos and they lasted as long. I also noticed several bushes around my area that looked like pink lilacs, covered in blooms, and discovered it's crape myrtle. They take a couple years to establish but they are so lovely, I'm putting a couple out this spring. Thank you for sharing your gardening!
This garden in already looking so gorgeous. Imagining how it'll look when the roses are in full bloom. Really beautiful!
Such a beautiful garden. Blessed with nice sunlight in your garden. What an inspiration. Thank you for posting

Lovely. I like your combination of showing and narrating after-the-fact. Very informative for some starting from scratch with a new, very small garden this spring!
Absolutely gorgeous! This video provided so much inspiration for me this past year 💕
Gorgeous - thanks for sharing.
Great inspiration to see the whole area evolve over the seasons.
Very inspirational! Thank you for sharing your garden Danielle!
This is SO beautiful and inspiring! Thank you for this video.
Little Joe Pye weed is a nice pink to dusty pink color during August in my Zone 6b garden.
Cannot tell you how much I LOVED this video!! I've really enjoyed this design and love seeing a progression video on it plus Grace following you around and running through the arbor 🥰🐶

Hi pretty lady. How are you doing today? And how is the family and the weather over there??
So gorgeous! I actually gasped when you got to the fall footage. Well done, Danielle! It's funny because I often go for variety and would never even think to put so many of the same type of plant in one place but you have inspired me. Maybe add some more glads bc they looked amazing? Other ideas to add: Lupin, Astilbe, Iris, Bearded Iris, Lillies or clumps of bunny tails around the edges. Maybe try Thunbergia and Clematis or Jasmine for climbing additions. Thank you for the inspiration!

Oh its so fabulous in the autumn. Well done
Encore Azalea Autumn series! They have many with pink flowers that re-bloom starting in August and their foliage turns a beautiful deep pinky-purple in fall. I have one in my zone 6a garden and it is stunning with my hydrangeas.

Oh how lucky all of you are that live in zone 6 and above, and can grow those Encore Azaleas! I'm in zone 5b. To have an azalea bloom in late summer... wow, must be fantastic.
beautiful🌸
So, so lovely, Danielle!🥰
That was so interesting to see going from your plan and clearing the area to the bountiful plants by the fall. I always learn something new from you and enjoy your inspiring projects. You are so generous with your time and knowledge and it's so appreciated! And always great to see Grace frolicking in the garden with you too. I might try adding some hydrangeas this year too.
Gorgeous! I absolutely love the combinations with hydrangeas and the green additions of various plants 😊👌😍

Absolutely stunning.
Your garden is so beautiful. I love the way you created that height with the arbor/pathway.
AMAZING ❤❤❤ YOU HAVE DONE BEAUTIFUL WORK 👏👏👏👏👏
Absolutely beautiful! ❤️
Your garden is just spectacular. We gardeners always bring happiness and pleasure to one another. I too, love having my doggies, Oliver and Lousky outside with me. They act as helpers (digging, barking and being my body guards). And yes, those hydrangeas made me become a new subscriber, absolutely, (though I garden in Zone 9B). Happy gardening, fellow gardener. Can’t wait to binge watch your other videos. (After working in my own garden, of course). 😊
Danielle, I certainly have a love of hydrangeas and even with placing them in pots on my deck, because I know at the end of the season I can add them to my garden ! Your hydrangea garden is indeed heaven! 🌸❤️🇨🇦
