In this episode, we will be talking more about Cardboard Kaizen Craziness as we design a holder for our most used 3D Printing Clean Up tools! What they you ask, while number (1) is a deburring tool (see more here: amzn.to/3kTkmtf ) and if you don't have one, go the link and get one! I really like your Kaizen projects. I'm going to try designing for the tools I have and cut them on my K40. My 3018pro came with a 2.5 watt laser, good for engraving but not so much for cutting.

Many thanks! I to0 have a k40 (actually 2 of them) and yes use them for projects of this as they are in fact much faster then a diode laser. However folks have the diode lasers like this kind for that audience I focus in on that...
Could you cut harbor freight foam floor mats on your laser? Could be another option for some kaizen kraziness.

Probably not the best fumes, if you don't have decent extraction.
