That's an over estimation. Have you checked out Stormfreerun, Motus projects? Check out their parkour and content. They both have very powerful athletes who are very competent in the sport, always changing the game. Please be more clear about what your statement is about, because it seems like you haven't been up to date with the other smaller channels/parkour teams that truly have the best parkour athletes in the world, and I'm not even over exaggerating about them.

I'm in my mid sixties and my knees won't permit Parkour but I've always loved watching it since I first saw it in Casino Royale. I lived in Israel in the mid 1980's and used to camp in the desert alot especially in this area near the Dead Sea. I've always loved deserts and remember camping one night on top of a tiny plateau that was maybe 20 feet high. No tent, no bugs, just lying on top of my sleeping bag and the sand under me was like talcum powder. The air temperature was perfect with a soft breeze, a giant moon rose over Jordan. Being right in the midst of G-d's natural world. Can't beat that.

thats a great experience brother.. im sure it was magical feeling the universe in all its glory, in solitude, peaceful for one night...you may gonna have a hard time doing parkour due to age factor.. but if i may suggest, try doing calisthenics, or gymnastics in a trampoline gym.. its safe, and its easy.. something you can do even at your age something like this: kzread.info/dash/bejne/k6yhw6WinNjSlNo.html

@@MichaelPlasma Pal. I live in Brazil. I used to practice parkour for a while, not more than a few weeks. I was around forty. On the first day of training you can do a little gimmicks that make you wonder: "how the hell was I able to to that, and I didn't know it?" I would risk to say that, even though you are sixty, and if you have average conditioning, you can surprise yourself. Parkour is a lot like martial arts. It's about defying your own limits, especially mental beliefs -- fear. It's about physical skills, but beyond all it's about psychology. It reminds me a lot of aikido or kung fu in that you don't interact necessarily with enemies. Ultimately, you interact with the cosmos around you. Shalom ! Peace !

Soooooo much to say here. Have never seen this before , as far as getting a video of it. It's been 25 years , and my knee's don't work as well , but I did things like this ( Maybe not to this extreme ) in central and eastern OR / ID.
