When we spoke to SGM Dan Medina, he said that in the beginning the techniques and movements are hard to learn. But you continuously train it so it becomes easy.

@@FMAPulse Yes that is indeed true, but done correctly Pain is necessary. Unless you feel the Pain yourself you cannot understand the movements. Anyone of us who studies Derobio know this Pain and embraces it. The Progressions of the Counter for Counter become easier through practice and repetition but the Pain endures. As the Great Grandmaster Braulio Pedoy conveyed to us through his students, Bring the Pain.

I love all of your videos. Please don’t stop. I love seeing these master in action.

Agreed, definitely want to learn more and cross train with this group in the future. We see a lot of commonalities with this and the lockings with Modern Arnis.
