It has definitely made a difference for me since my hair is 4c my hair would curl under the skin and never actually poke through the skin its not gonna make a full beard but it will promote growth for sure !! I just use regular beard oil never tried minoxidil

I'm 61, and just started growing a beard. As for my mustache, even when I was in my early 30s, it looked pathetic. It's crazy but the hair above my lip got thicker through my 40s and 50s, so that now it actually gets bushy if I don't keep it trimmed. Tell you what though, if I can grow a beard like what you got on the rest of your face I'll be overjoyed, haha

very interesting if after 3 months you see some change I'll consider trying since I too have a weak area in the middle of my mustache and a bit on my cheeks

I have been using it for 6 weeks and see vellus hair all over my face. It definitely works.

The derma roller concept to grow hair never seemed legitimate or logical to me. I hope it works for you. I believe genetics has 90% to do with having a good beard. The other 10% probably has to do with nutrition, health, and types of products you use. I haven't researched it, it's just anecdotal.

online says you shiould roll 4-5 times in one direction then change directions and do it every other day for the 025mm needle

All I know is after using a roller and minoxidil hair grew on my face places it never did before on one slide of my face it never has

The main reason I never wanted to try it is because I heard it can cause micro tears in the skin, (I understand shaving razors do that too), and that doesn't sound healthy at all. Brave on you for wanting to try it. I think the main reason why it "helps" is because of the massaging motion it makes to increase the blood circulation, which I do daily with my fingertips. There are beard products such as CBD Oil that do the same thing, safely. Curious to see your take on it.

Thanks for the feedback brother . It’s important to be gentle and not use really deep ones because that actually hurt the skin. We will see how it goes for me.

I have patchy in my beard and been using derma roller for 4 months and I see no progress My hair is growing but the patchy still there I only use derma roller without any oil product and I haven't replaced the roller yet Am i doing something wrong ?

I'm using dermaroller and VCO. I see some hair growth in the patchy area next to hair area. But not the one far from the hairline. So I guess it rather work but slowly and I haven't use minoxidil yet.

I am guessing it didn't work cos I couldn't find any update on your channel? I got similar problem with my stasche, the bottom of it (near lip) it's like bald and I got my first dermaroller from amazon beardkit with dermaroller and some syrum and oils. Please bro let me know if it's even worth doing? also did you try syrum to promote facial hair growth from this company called copenhagen grooming? I am tempted to try their "activator" product
