I have hair thinning around the temple area but still, there is a considerable amount of hair. How do I use this derma roller with hair present? And can I use hair oil after say maybe 30 mins after using derma roller?

Yes, very informative but there is something I didn't understand. You have to use minoxidil (in my case I intend to use Morr f 5) one hour before of the derma rolling, but in minute 5:48 and following after explaining the different trajectories you have to implement o you head, you show an spray that suggest me to use the product again after derma rolling. Could you explain that a little bit more

Confused. Before using deemaroller. We have to apply minoxidile. Is right? Bcz when using dermaroller scalp should be clean according to other Dr's.
