All those D&D stories left unfinished as friendships fade and years drag on, all those books never written, stories never told, cancelled games left unreleased and incomplete, songs that an artist never sung, all those dreams and ambitions that never saw their beginnings... or died before they could get off the ground for anyone to see.... Where do they go? Where do they end up? Can they ever be found again? Can they be uncovered? Would life be different today had they lasted? Inspired the right people? Touched the right minds? What was not found today.... from what has been lost in the past?

I have played this style of music on my keyboard for almost 20 years, but I've recorded VERY little of it. It's nice to know there is an actual audience for this. That's kind of inspiring to me. Back in my mid 20s, I used to spend countless hours and nights playing/creating stuff like this.

@Borys The best and most complete song I ever did is on my channel. It may not be exactly dungeon style, but I definitely started with medieval soundscapes. I'm not sure how to classify my song "Remedy", as I named it. Maybe it's more like soundtrack / film score. It was an evolution of my physical ability on the keys. Initially, I was a guitar player in the genre of viking/folk metal - most inspired by Mithotyn. I have full ~5 minute melodic metal songs of just guitar with lots of keyboard, kind of epic and bombastic. But those are not on KZread. Remedy: kzread.info/dash/bejne/poquz9mhgdyagZs.html Edit: I uploaded it 11 years ago, but it was private. When I switched to public, it took that date. Actually did most of my serious playing back in 2006.

That sounds like a brilliant hike! I tend to do endurance hikes (anywhere from 20 to 80 miles in one go) when I get "the itch". My gf does more long distance over a few days (Pennine Way, The Coast to Coast) and she's geting me into more "multi-day" stuff. Diff'rent mindsets, and she came on one of mine so I'm interested in trying her style. We're planning to hike part of the Carpathians in a coule of years' time. She's got Land's End to John O'Groats on her "bucket list", but I'm not sure if I'd want to do that or not. Regardless, if we're ever in Sweden we'll be sure to try the King's Trail out as it look p nice. Any tips?

The trail is so well marked that you could do it without a map; I only consulted mine to get a general feel for the next day's travel. Try to go in late August. There should be fewer mosquitos and fewer fellow travellers. If you start in the north at Abisko, you can choose whether to break off the main trial after a few days, or carry on to Sarek National Park. I chose that route because there are even fewer people about, and that's what I was aiming for. I only did 110km of the route, so I can't speak to the other 330km, but it's lovely. Really great.

A feeling of sadness that the good times and loved ones are gone, but that there is breghtness peaking through the clouds with somthing new to experence! This album has been such a big comfort to me in my hardest and most lonelist times. Today I am sad for what I have lost, but this music makes me ready to embrace what will come! Perfect for writing depressive dark fantasy. "North Harbor was black. It might have looked like this from a distance, just the shadow of buildings and towers in a cloud of gray smoke. But all the buildings and towers that remained of the city had black burnt bricks and black burnt skeletons. Every stone, roof, wall, and paving slab of what had once been a street, everything was black and shrunken and dead. There was not a single man; Hald spotted no one. Descending from the mountains, they came across a row of fallen mast-trees, cracked by the heat, blood-red resin congealed on the split, lying trunks. The furrowed ground moved as Hald and Dren walked over it, towards the dead city".
